"Clear Approval Workflows and Audit Trails Make Invoice Reviews Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SAP Concur?

When im clicking into an invoice its very easy to see the apporoval workflows and audit trails. This helps when auditors have queries on certain costs or I need to reach out to the approver of the invoice to query the cost in the first place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

Always needing to use microsoft authenticator app to login. plenty of times i'll pause to work on something else and it would log me out, if the login was just username and password it would be a lot quicker for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Invoicing with Robust Reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SAP Concur?

What I like best about SAP Concur is how well it supports the reporting side of my role. Me being able to export filterable invoice data means I can quickly spot outstanding or unprocessed items rather than checking each one manually within the system. Since month end is deadline-driven, this speeds up my process considerably, and I can pull the raw data, run it through my own checks in Excel, and get straight to processing accruals rather than losing time hunting for information inside Concur itself. It also fits well alongside the other tools in our finance stack, since the exported data feeds directly into the Excel-based workflow I use to finalise figures before they get reconciled in SAP, therefore it acts as a reliable starting point rather than a standalone system I have to work around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

For me, the main point of friction is around exporting data from SAP Concur. To get it into a workable state for my accruals, I've had to build my own automation on top of it by using Power Query, for example, in order to filter and reshape the exported reports before I can actually use them. A built-in filtering feature before export would improve this significantly, including specifically, the ability to set and save filter criteria (such as approval status or a minimum invoice value) directly within Concur, so the export already reflects what I need rather than requiring extra clean up on my end each time. "Clear Expense Claim Submissions with Helpful Status Updates"
4/5
What do you like best about SAP Concur?

it's quite clear what different documents you need to upload in order for your expenses claims to be approved. I also like that you get emails to keep you updated with the status of your claim so you know how it's progressing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

I think some of the functionality could be improved when I'm submitting claims sometimes I feel like the processes are unnecessarily long. I also think some of the fields of information you have to input our duplicates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Travel and Expense Reporting Place"
5/5
What do you like best about SAP Concur?

SAP Concur makes the travel and expense process much easier and more organized. I like that we can submit expenses, upload receipts, and track approvals in one place. It reduces manual work and helps maintain better visibility of expense status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

The system can feel a bit complex for new users, especially while setting up expenses for the first time. Sometimes navigation and finding specific options can take time. Also, approval workflows or updates may take longer than expected in some cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Expense and Travel Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SAP Concur?

I like that SAP Concur can be used on the web and a mobile phone app. It's very easy to set up different expense types, thresholds, and tax codes, making accounting very easy. The mobile app allows people to capture receipts on the go, so they don’t forget to claim them later. The web interface makes it easy to pick the right tax or expense category at their desk. This flexibility helps manage expenses effectively both ways. I also find the travel booking feature valuable because it allows booking through authorized vendors without needing to provide credit card details. Once approved, vendors are paid directly, which simplifies the process significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

Sometimes we get a lot of failures when the data is pushed from SAP Concur to our ERP system, making error management not so great at times. We're on a Concur version where we can't make changes ourselves, so we always have to reach out to the Concur team, which takes time to fix issues. We're hoping that Concur version two will allow us to do the mapping ourselves to make the experience easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving Mobile OCR and Seamless Travel + Expense Management"
4/5
What do you like best about SAP Concur?

What I like best about SAP Concur is how much time the mobile receipt scanning saves by using OCR to automatically populate expense details from a quick photo. Having travel booking and expense reporting seamlessly combined into one platform, alongside direct integrations with services like Uber and major credit cards, makes the entire process practically effortless and drastically speeds up reimbursements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

The outdated interface feels slow and clunky to navigate, and itemizing complex receipts like hotel bills is tedious. Additionally, occasional sync delays with corporate credit cards can un-necessarily drag out the expense submission process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Expense Tracking and Travel Management for Farm Teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SAP Concur?

What I like best about SAP Concur is how it streamlines expense tracking and travel management for seasonal and permanent staff across multiple farm sites. It makes it easy to manage mileage claims, accommodation costs, and supplier invoices in one place, reducing paperwork and saving time during busy harvest periods. The mobile app is especially useful for team members working remotely in the fields, as they can upload receipts instantly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

SAP Concur can feel complex for staff who are not used to digital systems, which means extra training during busy farm periods. It also relies on a good internet connection, so when working in remote fields or rural areas, submitting expenses or accessing the platform can be difficult. This sometimes delays approvals and processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, Painless Expense Submissions with a Clean SAP Concur Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about SAP Concur?

SAP Concur makes submitting expenses quick and painless. I can easily track active claims, check what's been submitted in the last 90 days, use the spend planner, and save regular expenses. All in a clean, user-friendly interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

There is not much I dislike about SAP Concur, as it generally works well and is easy to use. Occasionally, some screens can feel a little busy and certain expense processes take more steps than expected. Performance can also be slightly slow at times. As an end user, I cannot comment directly on pricing or integrations, and I have had limited need to use support or the AI features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear, Centralised Expense Data That Makes Reporting and Trend Analysis Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about SAP Concur?

What I like best about SAP Concur is how it organises expense and travel data in a clear and structured way. From a data analyst’s perspective, it makes it easier to create reports, identify spending trends, compare costs across departments, and spot unusual transactions. The centralised data also helps improve accuracy and supports better financial decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

What I dislike about SAP Concur is that reporting can sometimes feel rigid and less flexible than dedicated data analysis tools. Extracting customised data or building more detailed reports may require extra steps, and the interface can occasionally be slow when working with large volumes of expense data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
