At least 1/3 of the page is occupied by dead space. The next 1/3 is helpful. That leaves the bottom 1/3 of the page for going through your expense line items for review. The only point of the page is to review the line items and it reduces and truncates them down to the bottom 1/3 of the page. You cannot re-size the area and the scrolling jumps several line items at a time when trying to scroll up or down. Same story for the travel component . Too much useless space that cannot be shrunk or resized so you can access the portion of the page that you need to work with the data. It's really very easy to create and manages expenses with Concur. It creates Expense Reports, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Inventory Management etc. Customer support is also good which provides solutions to problems quickly. It's easier to setup. I use it everyday. **What do you dislike about SAP Concur?** No option to re-create an invoice is on of the most frustrating thing in Vendor Mangement. In Travel Mangement UI is quite cluttered and not readable text. Selecting hotels on the map is frustrating due to the 'search this area' button — having to re-enter addresses feels annoying. I would prefer to choose a location directly on the map for searching hotels. If this feature exists, it needs to be more visible because I can't find it. Also SFTP files everyday get's refereshed which makes it harder for integration on date timestamp. **What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?** It reduces manual efforts of creating Invoices and Expense Reports, Billing vendors and having an eye on inventory.
