So you'd go through the month racking up expenses, but when you submitted your claim at the end of the month, you'd maybe need different claims for different groups of receipts - and that system would let you upload receipts into different folders as you went through the month (uploading receipts at the time you got them via the mobile app) and then you could filter at the end of the month. Once you have the base request in place, the traversing is o easy and you can raise claims until the base request is expired. Alsoo, We can track the flow of request and it proactively highlights the issues/warnings that would restrict us to submit the claim. We use it almost every week for one or other claims for self and teams. **What do you dislike about SAP Concur?** There are too many fields to fill-in even for the known categories. Also, some warnings continue to persist even after the claim is approved which doesnt make any sense. (Ex: Warning: Warning: This line item has a Rejection Code associated. We tested the expense management tool and it allowed myself and our staff to accurately record their expenses with no missing receipts, or inconsistent / incorrect claims. It has ensured we can reclaim VAT on everything, rather than missing out on savings where we had no VAT receipt as backup so helped with our cashflow. **What do you dislike about SAP Concur?** While I know the software can be / is powerful, The UI seems outdated and the software feels clunky and things often take a few more clicks than I think it should. As we could just take pictures of receipts it enabled us to have a better store for these so no receipts go missing in the bottom of a shoebox. While out on the go, me and our staff could take pictures of our receipts store these on the software to ensure we can quickly find these in the future and reclaim any VAT incurred. Before, and now, this process is extremely messy and we are finding more lost receipts. It also enabled us to have expense approvals sat with the correct person, as the system flagged inconsistent or incorrect claims so line managers had more confidence with what they were seeing.
