I also don't like that if you're booking the same flights for multiple users the price increases after the first booking. We've also seen cheaper prices using other sites at times. **Recommendations to others considering SAP Concur:** Make sure you have a concrete process in place and train users **What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're solving the need of using a travel agent to book each employees travel, which in turn saves total cost. Good looking and helpful. **What do you dislike about SAP Concur?** I wish I did not have to spend so much time dealing with customer service. Most recently, I had a user call me in a panic on his way to the airport because he could not check-in for his flight. He received an error message saying his flight wasn't ticketed, despite his Concur itinerary and trip profile indicating otherwise. I had to call Concur customer service (and pay for the call) only to be told that it was an internal error on their part. Someone failed to process the payment on their end. I wasn't sure what they meant by that and I asked if there was anything I should do on my end to minimize the likelihood of this problem occuring in the future (no) and what steps were taken on their part ( they looked into it)...less than satisfactory.
