Would sometimes have to re-upload my receipts, which was a problem because after I'd sent in the pictures I would throw away the hard copies. **What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives me a place to upload and organize my expenses, and review them to ensure that they are all uploaded correctly. Once its in there I don't have to go back and do anything. It allows me to upload expenses in real time, and saves me time by not having to go back at the end of the month and organize, try and remember what exactly the expense was tied to, etc. ### 3. Inputting expenses can be a trial-and-error process and can be timely. I wish there was an option to input similar or duplicate expenses at once. While itemizing and categorizing expenses is essential, there isn't an efficient way to do so rather than looking through every option. I have also used Oracle for expensing items, and I would rate Concur slightly better. However, this isn't a glowing review of Concur because I find Oracle to be fairly awful. (It may be the implementation by my employer, to be fair.) **What do you dislike about SAP Concur?** SAP Concur is a clunky software whenever you want to accomplish something that is not on the happy path. An example would be trying to submit a travel expense with an exception from my company-enforced rules around per diem maximums and preferred hotels. **What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?** My problem is being out of pocket for my travel expenses and wishing my employer would reimburse me for the same. If the expense report is altered by any approver - notification should be sent to the submitter with a reason for the change - crazy that it isn't. requires a lot of what I feel is unnecessary info vendor, city, etc, this may be required by my company.
