I like the reporting features of SAP Concur. The detail that you can pull to see expenses by person, department, and facility is very beneficial. It aids significantly in tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to our policies, providing a comprehensive overview that enhances our expense management and policy compliance.

I find that some of the standard reports in SAP Concur need more detail. While customization options for reports are available, and the custom report writers are excellent, the existing standard reports could better meet our needs without the need for as much customization.

Some parts of the interface feel slow and outdated, and it can take too many clicks to complete simple tasks. Uploading receipts sometimes fails or takes longer than expected, and the approval flow can feel rigid. A smoother and more modern user experience would make it much better.

I like that SAP Concur makes everything electronic and offers automation which really simplifies handling expenses. It's easy to use, which is great for our management team. The receipt automation feature is fantastic because it reads receipts, so employees don't have to input them manually. The initial setup was user-friendly, and the support was great.

The tax breakdown part of SAP Concur doesn't calculate properly. However, I think it may be a user issue.

Searching for things can be very complicated within the system. And if a cost center was not built it was very trusting to work with and you could lose time.

Concur helped track expenses for myself and employees. They did this quickly and efficiently so that I did not have to worry while on the go. It made it very easy for the team.

As an admin, I find it straightforward to navigate, and on the rare occasions when I encounter difficulties, I trust the support team to guide me in the right direction. It is Single, integrated platform for both booking business travel (flights, hotels, cars) and submitting expense reports. Being able to snap photos of receipts immediately, create expense entries on the go, and even submit reports or approve them via mobile app ,The clear approval workflows and the ability to track the status of my expense reports in real-time are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

While the mobile app is great for receipt capture, I find that some more complex tasks or detailed expense itemization are still easier or only possible on the desktop version. I wish the mobile app had full parity with the web interface for all functionalities also While generally good, there are rare occasions where data from corporate card feeds or e-receipts doesn't sync perfectly or requires manual intervention to match correctly.

I really appreciate how Concur can automatically pull in corporate credit card transactions. This significantly reduces manual data entry and the chance of errors. The e-receipts feature, where travel confirmations from airlines or hotels can be forwarded to Concur and automatically create expense entries, is also a huge time-saver.

I like the new AI-based receipt scan that auto-fills expense details and the improved mobile sync. The updated dashboard also clearly shows pending claims and approvals, making the whole process faster and smoother.

SAP Concur is great, but the approval process can still be time-consuming with multiple hierarchy levels. A faster real-time notification or auto-reminder system for pending approvals could make it even more efficient.

For me, it was reimbursement issues. We use to apply for our internet allowance, some travel and other office expense allowance through Concur. And a different team use to verify it and process with the reimbursement payment. Later on my direct managers were added in the approval process

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

SAP Concur offers a clean interface and once you’re familiar with the workflow, it becomes second nature. Implementation requires coordination with internal finance and IT teams, but SAP provides solid onboarding resources and support. Support is generally responsive and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to resolving technical issues or helping with policy configuration. We use Concur on a regular basis—weekly or monthly, depending on travel and spending. Concur offers a wide range of features: travel booking, expense reports, receipt capture, mileage tracking, integration with credit cards, and policy enforcement. SAP Concur integrates well with ERP systems (especially SAP), HR tools, and corporate travel providers.

While SAP Concur is a powerful tool, there are a few areas that could be improved. The user interface on the desktop version feels a bit outdated and unintuitive compared to modern SaaS platforms.

I really like Concur for it's ease of use! I have been using it for 2 years professional and have really enjoy learning the ins and outs. The ability to find good flights and hotels for my travelers is fantastic. It lets me be the best travel coordinator I can be.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The issues with Concur going down at times can be cumbersome. I appreciate the Incident Communications to help this problem. I'm most worried about AI integration and Joule. I think a lot of the lofty promises won't meet reality and have the potential to create problems for travel coordinators.

SAP Concur lets me easily book travel and organize expenses. It's a fantastic tool for accomplishing those tasks.

if documenting mileage for multiple days , i still have to do each one individually. Would be nice to have a repeat feature for quicker documentation.

SAP Concur is really useful when you want to avoid writing multiple emails for approval and want to automate the process, Concur will even send the reminder email and notification to the approval on daily basis until the action is taken.

there is some term used by SAP which is difficult to understand by Normal Users, as Financial Posting Failed is one status which you will often come through, and I was curious what is this.

Concur is basically helping in Expense Management which is benefiting us avoiding Manual efforts and chasing the approver at different level and then finance team, so this tool comes handy whenever we want to apply any reimbursements.

I can book flights, hotels, and car rentals, and use corporate credit cards, both virtual and physical consolidating all my travel expenses in one place and also giving me the ease of submitting receipts against charges.

Nothing I dislike in particular I really enjoy it’s functionality and its the best travel and expense tool I have used in years.

It allows our company to allocate credit card spending limits to the appropriate accounts and I get a reliable platform to submit my receipts to match the transactions for quick expense reporting. Travel is streamlined in a such a way that it is efficient, effective, and dependable.

There are tons of help guides and walkthroughs on many different topics. It's also easy to talk to a rep if you need extra support or help as the customer support is great.

One issue I have is sometimes when needing to customize or add features to reports or processes is that it seems pretty complicated when doing it for the first time. Once you know what to do it becomes easy, but first time ease of use is low.

For us as we have many more employees who work we start to have more and more expenses. SAP Concur allows us to easily track and add new employees to see what is going on within the company.

I like the ease of booking flights, the seamless flow of all the corporate card charges into the expense reporting section, and the notification process to let me know that my travel arrangements have been completed.

I have had a nice experience using the tool so far so I can’t think of anything I dislike really. Works just fine for me.

User interface can be improved in the web page and mobile app.
Room for improvement while adding and editing Attachments.

SAP Concur is our tool for Business Travel and Expense Management, we use this tool to make our flight, hotel and pick-up car bookings.
We use this tool to create our expense reports, submit them for approval/claims, reporting for expense tracking/budgeting etc.. 
I feel that Mobile App is the USP for SAP Concur - it is very handy and saves lot of time and effort in the expense management process.

It makes entering my schedules in painless. It is very convenient with quick access through the app. If I forget to enter in my time at work I can do it on the weekend before my timesheet is approved. No problem with working overtime it has spaces for all breaks and lapses in  time.

I wish the login was simpler with a one step login. Resetting password isn’t as quick as I would like.

It's expensive. Getting more expensive every year that we need to renew. 
Also, the constant updates in UI are annoying. It makes accessing menus harder and harder, trying to hide things in the name of "clean" UI, which sacrifices usability to make things "cleaner". Terrible.

Expense reports are always a pain, and Concur makes expense reports less painful. Also makes reporting and data analysis a little easier.

I primarily use SAP Concur via the app so I can do my expenses. The process from start to finish is incredibly easy and intuitive. My company has the general mentality of 'sink or swim' so no formal training was offered. I quickly found that training wasn't even necessary, based on how seamless the platform is.   

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Nothing I can think of. Everything is intuitively designed to be where it should be, whether I'm taking time off, doing expenses, retrieving tax forms, etc. It's all laid out so I can find things effortlessly and quickly.  

**Recommendations to others considering SAP Concur:**

I would definitely place SAP Concur under the consideration set of expense solutions for your business.

Our team can do their expense reports faster b/c of it being available through their app. I am more productive as a result. I don't feel bogged down with tedious tasks as much b/c I can process my expenses quickly.

In addition to all of my corporate card expenses being automatically uploaded to Concur when I make a purchase, SAP Concur is also a great tool for planning business travel. It allows me to book all of my corporate travel accommodations within the app, and allows for the same expense submission. Super easy.

There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to all of the more advanced tools, but once you figure it out, it is super easy to use.

I have used sap concur for generating invoices it takes less time compared to other ERP software also I get a detailed reports of travel & expenses reports I can easily identify the areas for reducing the costs it is easily accessible from anywhere due to which it makes my works easier.

In the beginning i have faced multiple challenges in learning this ERP module as i am being new to it so its little tough for those who are new users also there are sometimes server challenges that i face during generating my reports.

While using concur it has reduced time for generating reports also for reconciliation there are less manual errors as it does shows the difference it helped me a lot in my work
