Attachments options for every window is a lifesaver, with a quick view of the attached documents to verify.

Mobile application for SAP B1 is beneficial for approvals on the road and no need to be present on a system.

Alert management feature is amazing to share essential and quick insights on the business standings with quite a robust customisation option

Customization in terms of Add-ons and their implementation by the partner company is very limited and support for the same is limited. The manufacturing process is missing from the core function, add-ons used are limited and buggy initially.

I most like It's menu type options. unlike sap full version it has menu type options. SAP Business One is a very affordable ERP solution for many small and medium entities. It offers a one-shop-stop for all departments within that entity, we can easily collate sales, procurement, planning, HR, finance, safety, and quality. The initial setup is the most difficult of the job. A specialized workforce is required for the network. SAP Business One is more of a platform rather than software, In our experience implementing Sap Business One we found the below as very valuable options

1- The ability to customize and add custom UDFs to the database on the fly is a good feature.

2-The Interface server with the ability to easily add add-ons also comes in handy in many cases.

3- The connection between marketing documents is valuable to provide tracking for internal teams.

4- SAP HANA is a super speed database that provides instant results for large size data

The program user interface has improved in version 10, but the issues that arise when the font is increased should be solved.
