There is not a general online dictionary of sorts that explains transactions. I understand its mostly customer and user specific but I think it would be very helpful to get acces to online resources. It's a straightforward system. You can also build parts for your specific needs. However, it is not very flexible. I know many businesses that have done extremly well with the ayatem. I have not seen much improvement over the years. Currently, in Israel, they do not even support a web-based program. It seems their development is at a standstill. I like the user-friendliness of SAP Business One. The design of user interface is very easy to understand compared to other ERP. It takes a lot of difference for users to be accepting when they see that the system is easy to use. It is very easy to configure, customize forms and reports from simple to complex. All of the SAP Business One functionalities are worth it, but it is not perfect. All ERPs have system limitations and bugs that need to be fixed and SAP Business One is no exception.
