In projects, financials have a natural integration with all the administrative aspects, and the AddOns are very flexibles to customize the enterprise needs; we believe that they have good support for the platform system. Basically, we had a limited user license; we tried to create add ons to give more flexibility to the system, but making this add on took a lot of time to design and quite a bit to integrate into the company. SAP B1 is very simple and user friendly ERP for a SME(small to medium enterprise). I used this ERP for more than 5 years and find it very helpful in retreiving data and using it in decision making. You can develop your own reports for daily, monthy and yearly analysis. You can switch easly between two different modules.I will strongly recommend new businesses to go for SAP B1 ERP. In the begining you can face some issues in using this ERP because of lack of training but with the passage of time you find it very user friendly. Recommendations to others considering SAP Business One: From small to medium scale business entities and those who are using customized local database applications i strongly recommend them to choose SAP B1 ERP as it is best certified ERP business solution. Since i was using sales module so it helped me to monitor and improve sales in different sectors. It also improved my receivables all data was updating in real time. I used to send alerts to my customers on day to day basis for new orders and recovery of overdue sales invoices. It allows me to manage the payroll of employees, their calculation of hours worked, hours deducted and overtime, also has a complete management of employees, where I can monitor their performance and tasks. What do you dislike about SAP Business One? The software is ideal for small companies, so its tools and functions are basic, especially the accounting and personnel management tools. Some tools are quite hidden, so finding them and getting to them is a long process of many clicks. It allows us to keep records and track all orders, also creating invoices is very simple and automatic and allows me to have a greater order to process them. SAP has a lot of diversity to handle all parts of business, from invoicing, inventory, jobs, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SAP Business One? It is extremely complicated on the backside. You need technical support to fix any issues, and this service is costly. You have to pay for it every year whether you use it or not, and the cost will accumulate if you skip a year. For example, if you decide not to pay for tech support for two years, you will have to pay the two years plus the current year to start receiving tech support again. Also, integration is difficult. Easy to analyze data 3. Nothing will be skipped (mean no human error) The best thing is that once we know all the using features then no other software needs against this.
