I used this ERP for more than 5 years and find it very helpful in retreiving data and using it in decision making. You can develop your own reports for daily, monthy and yearly analysis. You can switch easly between two different modules.I will strongly recommend new businesses to go for SAP B1 ERP. Secondly it was very easy to export data from Sap B1 to MySap as when my company decided to switch to MySap. **What do you dislike about SAP Business One?** In the begining you can face some issues in using this ERP because of lack of training but with the passage of time you find it very user friendly. You need technical support to fix any issues, and this service is costly. You have to pay for it every year whether you use it or not, and the cost will accumulate if you skip a year. For example, if you decide not to pay for tech support for two years, you will have to pay the two years plus the current year to start receiving tech support again. Also, integration is difficult. They say you can upload excel documents, but the upload never works properly. This has helped our business in many ways, and saved us a lot of headaches. I like the functionality and simplicity of the software overall. You can customize your home screen to have it set up as you want to see it, which is great to avoid have unneccesary clutter on your homepage. **What do you dislike about SAP Business One?** I'm not too fond of specific features that seem more technically advanced - for example, the query generator for creating reports. If you are going blindly into the software, it's tough to navigate to understand how to create customized reports, but if you have some training or do some research, it's easy to figure out how to do some of them. The only other thing would be that there is limited HR functionality in this software. **What problems is SAP Business One solving and how is that benefiting you?** One nice benefit of this software is the relationship map feature. This helps to ensure that invoices can be tied back to the original sales quotations, and you can "trace" each transaction-related. This has saved us many headaches and time spent searching for related documentation.
