Having previously been exposed to S4 Hanna, SAP B1 has a similar user interface and platform without the need for T-Codes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SAP Business One? Our business is structured with multiple entities and the need for good internal controls. Unfortunately we were told that SAP B1 does not allow for unique legal entities to be set up in a parent/child relationship within the system and instead have to be set up as distinct databases you have to log in and out of. This make intercompany accounting extremely difficult as well consolidated financial reporting, which we've had to use a separate system to compile basic reporting for. Another key feature that we've struggled with has been the inability to restrict JE posting to distinct users. This is a basic internal control any accounting/finance group will require.
