User Interface, SAP B1 user interface is very simple, especially for Windows users. Basic understanding of Core functions like Financial Entries, Sales and Purchase creations are fairly simple to explain and learn. Attachments options for every window is a lifesaver, with a quick view of the attached documents to verify. Mobile application for SAP B1 is beneficial for approvals on the road and no need to be present on a system. Alert management feature is amazing to share essential and quick insights on the business standings with quite a robust customisation option Approvals are basic, helps to keep control on the document generation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SAP Business One? Customization in terms of Add-ons and their implementation by the partner company is very limited and support for the same is limited. The manufacturing process is missing from the core function, add-ons used are limited and buggy initially. Approvals customisation is quite cumbersome General Authorizations for users is quite deep and needs the patience to set up for each user needs The cockpit feature and dashboard is quite limited and customisation is not possible without external support. Cost factors with the license fee and AMC fees are to be always seen and evaluated for the long term. Integration of Different companies running on the same platform. 90% of the operations of the business are recorded on the platform. SAP Business One is a very affordable ERP solution for many small and medium entities. It offers a one-shop-stop for all departments within that entity, we can easily collate sales, procurement, planning, HR, finance, safety, and quality. The initial setup is the most difficult of the job. A specialized workforce is required for the network. SAP Business One is more of a platform rather than software, In our experience implementing Sap Business One we found the below as very valuable options 1- The ability to customize and add custom UDFs to the database on the fly is a good feature. 2-The Interface server with the ability to easily add add-ons also comes in handy in many cases. 3- The connection between marketing documents is valuable to provide tracking for internal teams. 4- SAP HANA is a super speed database that provides instant results for large size data 5-Very weak built in CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SAP Business One? The program user interface has improved in version 10, but the issues that arise when the font is increased should be solved.
