The interface is quite easy to understand and intutive for me. As part of Testing, I am using Ariba for Inbound delivery creation using Purchase order for Goods receipt in the warehouse using ASN for different suppliers before implementing it for Production post Go live in the Client warehouse operations. Ariba Network integrates SAP MM and EWM, swhich makes sure an order can processed hassle free from Suppliers side once PO is created in SAP MM. We have had hassle free implementation of Ariba Supplier Network for Vendors to have streamline operations tracking and processing using SAP. **What do you dislike about SAP Business Network?** One of the issue I faced while using Ariba is, there is lag sometimes for Purchase Order to reflect in Ariba once created in SAP MM. Also, sometimes the Ariba Supplier Network page freezes while trying to create and process PO for ASN. **What problems is SAP Business Network solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving vendor integration issue, since it comes as a part of SAP adv suite. Ariba Network helps keeping track of order status and tracking of processing. It is very easy and intutive to understand for the new users. Doesnt require much of Knowledge Transfer sessions. Since the Email integration is there for Ariba Network credentials, It is easy to reset passwords, in case it is locked while being used by multiple users. ### 12. The system is horrible, their support is non existent and they have nobody to talk with about resolving issues. Yes, that is what I like best about them. **What do you dislike about SAP Business Network?** Due to how they upgrade your account without telling you and then invoice you months later and wont' unsuspend your account is a scam. I tried talking to them and explaining I didn't upgrade to enterprise. They said, well you did so pay up. I explained I only used their system to send invoices to a client who used their system. They offered no support other than pay the bill. So, I did and they still won't unsuspend my account. **What problems is SAP Business Network solving and how is that benefiting you?** They were great for sending an invoice to a client. For almost a year it was nice. Then, I got a bill and no explanation as to why. It was beneficial to get paid, but they cost my company almost 12K due to not being able to use their system. ### 13. We have some customers that require the use of Ariba and so have to pay based on transaction dollar amounts and lines. Support is very slow to respond when you need to contact them regarding an issue. **Recommendations to others considering SAP Business Network:** If you have customers that are on the Ariba Network, it is very adventagous to use the platform on the Supplier side as well. It is very nice to have a place to go see all open orders, what needs to be shipped, what needs to be invoiced, when invoices are getting paid, etc. There is a ton of very useful information on the Ariba Network. The ability to receive documents via cXML and send documents back via cXML, really pushes it over the top for us. **What problems is SAP Business Network solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Ariba to receive purchase orders from several of our larger customers.
