This SAP business cloud provide great speed with scalability according to the need , with right demand it is providing right supply and hence we pay as we need it . Overall it is good but it can increase the free trial limit for the new developers. Also for the paid one the issue is with the unused instances as we have to pay for unused instances as if remains open. The thing is we have to look on the instances for closing it and similarly have to look for the instances whose limits are reach where we are getting alerts. I like how SAP Business Data Cloud makes it easy to connect SAP and non-SAP data while still keeping the business context intact. The performance is solid, and the pre-built data products really cut down on time. Integration with Databricks for AI/ML is another big plus that adds a lot of flexibility for analytics. Some non-SAP connectors still feel limited, and the onboarding process takes time since the platform is not very beginner-friendly. Documentation and training support could also be improved. As someone working in a small startup, SAP Business Data Cloud helped us solve a few major problems related to data consistency, integration, and reporting. Earlier, our data was scattered across multiple tools — like Excel sheets, our CRM, and finance software — which made it hard to get a single, real-time view of business performance. With SAP Business Data Cloud, we could connect data from different systems into one central platform. That meant fewer manual exports and reduced data errors. I find SAP Business Data Cloud to be an excellent platform for managing projects, particularly because it allows me to organize numerous projects efficiently in one single platform. This capability makes project management much simpler by providing easy access to all relevant data with just a single click, greatly enhancing productivity. I also appreciate the user-friendly interface of SAP Business Data Cloud, which made the transition from previous ERP systems relatively smooth and enjoyable. The setup process was user-friendly, which facilitated an easy switch from my earlier system. Furthermore, the tools and decodes specific to project management, such as generating repair requisitions and handling purchase orders, are exceedingly beneficial. The ability to get all required data on a single screen with respective reports is notably useful and contributes to streamlined project management. Additionally, I find the software to be quite up-to-date with numerous options to manage single or multiple projects efficiently, ensuring a seamless user experience.
