As part of an organization that uses Q2C (Quote to Cash) method for Order Processing, I appreciate the integration that SAP Byd offers. Every step is covered and directly connected to the next and creates a very nice flow of Information through the system.

SAP BYD starts assisting the user at the Sales end where the receipt of a Customer inquiry, raising a quote and creating a Sales Order each get a separate work centre. It then leads to the Purchasing side, which includes Project planning, Materials Management, RFQ and Purchase Orders management. Then finally, at each step of the process (both Sales and Purchasing) the Accounting end is always tracking every movement of Goods & Services, Finances and Data to back the movement, helping in creating the weekly, monthly, and yearly Financial Statements. The user-friendly interface is what I like the most about this system. Also, it is interlinked in such a manner that it covers almost every module together. For business requirements, You can add custom developments fields. SAP provides one functionality with an option to raise an incident where you can set the priority also. Sometimes you have to spend some extra time entering the data manually; if by any chance you forgot to save the information that time, it is more frustrating because you need to do the same thing again and again. We have to enter the data one by one (e.g.: part number) in each row, and its time consume for me.

The overall discount can only be put in percent cannot inputed in value, so it will be discrepancies if we put in percentage compare to customer PO which usually put deal in value.
