I’d give it a 7/10 because what I like most is how it centralizes procurement in one place. It makes it easier to manage suppliers, track spending, and keep things organized instead of juggling spreadsheets or different systems. I’d say the part I dislike is that the interface isn’t always intuitive. Some processes feel more complicated than they should be, and it can take extra clicks or steps to get simple things done. It makes procurement works easier; in terms of stock taking and time efficiency. One downsize is, it is technology based approach, and less people to be worked with using it. The use of it can be difficult when there's problem with the use of computer, that's to do with malfunctioning and when there's breakdown with the recording machine used (computer).
