I really like SAP Ariba because it helps me keep track of invoicing and enhances my reliability as a vendor. I appreciate having all my invoices in one spot with automatic updates on payment status. It's user-friendly and makes invoicing much easier, especially since using SAP Ariba was required by a customer for MyFlorida Marketplace. The initial setup was pretty easy with no major issues. Supplier qualification process: I am an SQE approver in our organization. The SQD (self assessment) approach with ealuation, then SE avd VAT Proc. LBL approval process is clear and well traceable. I wish the approval statistics and documents to support the approval decision justification (i.e. audit reports, risk assessment files etc) could be uploaded to the approval by the approver as well. I like how SAP Ariba offers seamless tracking of invoice and PO status for status, rejection, and revision. My team doesn't need to chase individual clients for invoice status or purchase orders, as with Ariba it's accessible online in real-time. We only focus on issues where the invoices are on hold. There are many options and navigation that are not required by suppliers. They could streamline and remove the unnecessary pages. Tabs like 'insights', 'Assessment', and 'Workbench' do not serve any purpose for suppliers as the details are not relevant to invoicing and Purchase order enablement.
