I find the 'injection of data' aspect of SAP Analytics Cloud quite helpful. The easy way to use Hana data is valuable to me, and I appreciate the decent format it offers. Bugs that are considered as features (ie calculation metrics in planning models work only in some cases) and strict export data limitations Poor ability to monitor platform performance User interface could be better Lack of charts formatting options for stories - you can't even set padding between items Limited analytics features - no drilling through metric, only dimensions Performance issues when having more than 6-7 visuals on the page Performance issues when filtering one visual with another one Adoption metrics improper counting when the need is to sum unique counts of active users for all the stories/ models in a folder Limited API unable to deactivate user No dependency analysis between Model and story Poor REST API features for metadata Sorting limitations when using multi model, you cannot sort table column according the metric you need Frequent error messages and need to refresh screen No versioning of stories, no recycle bin,no auto backup Expensive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
