Every Australian employer now has a duty to manage psychosocial risks at work. Most tools for this are built for big companies with safety teams. Sanomic is built for the other 97 percent. You answer questions about your business and Sanomic uses AI to tailor the risks to your industry and your state: a vet clinic, a cafe and a law firm see their own hazards, in their own language, under their own state's WHS regulator, backed by Australian research and regulator guidance. Sanomic allows you to choose controls from an industry-specific control library and assembles the plan and risk register as you go. Then it gives you one place to run it: record incidents, keep the plan up to date, hear from your team through anonymous surveys (answers masked so small teams stay anonymous) and get reminders when something is due. You can download a Word copy of your plan any time. Sanomic was founded by psychologists and small business owners. It is free to set up and use, with no card on file.
