Sannu Hub brings WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, email and web chat into a single shared inbox for your team. As an official provider of Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API, the account stays registered under your own company, with approved templates and without the restriction risk of unofficial setups. The built-in AI agent learns from your PDFs, your website and your price list, and answers citing the source of every fact. It replies to written messages, transcribes voice notes and also takes phone calls, using the same knowledge base. It qualifies leads by asking what it needs to know, then hands the conversation to a person with the context already in place. Sannu Calendar is included: a booking page, automatic reminders and confirmations, so appointments close without anyone stepping in. Integrations: REST API, signed webhooks, MCP server, Zoho CRM, Zapier and n8n. Hosted in the European Union, with daily backups. No lock-in contract.
