I find the initial configuration process very simple and convenient thanks to the cluster system that easily expands by adding nodes and configuring everything from the HTML5 platform. I like the support channel. When issues arise, I can get them resolved via email, and I appreciate the more detailed support available through remote sessions. Even when operators are not familiar with HCI, it is a great help in solving various operational issues such as VM backup, storage management, policy settings, and firmware updates. In fact, when I recently conducted updates for aDesk's VDC and VMP, it would have been impossible to do it alone, but thanks to the support, I was able to succeed. Sangfor needs to improve in several areas, for example, we still need to restart the VM when expanding the disk, upgrading the CPU or RAM.
