I love how SaneBox automatically files and filters my incoming email on both my personal and work accounts, making it easier to manage. The way it handles newsletters with the "SaneNews," for example. The "SaneLater" filter is my favorite since it allows me to review non-urgent mails at my convenience. For the most part, it just works, and having only a manageable amount of emails in my Inbox helps me focus on important tasks without feeling overwhelmed. Its native integration with Gmail is great, as I don’t have to think about it too much. Re-training is simple, just dragging the email from one label to another. Setting up was very easy, and their support was super quick to solve my problem. I also found SaneBox to be an affordable alternative to other products I tried. Two things: (1) I wish that to un-train, rather than "re-train," it were a bit easier. Essentially you need to both remove the label AND move it to the Inbox. (2) The detection isn't perfect, so you need to stay on top of it a little bit, but moreso early on. I often found that SaneReceipts was so great that I would NEVER look at it, then suddenly discover there was a conversation happening around an invoice my company sent or something. I wish that if a reply/forward came in relative to something in SaneReceipts, that it would automatically move it OUT of SaneReceipts, to call my attention to it.
