SaneBox saves me a ton of time without forcing me into a rigid way of managing email. I use Messy Mode because I still like seeing emails as they come in, while SaneBox quietly helps keep everything organized. The interface could use an update, and I wish there were a pricing tier between Lunch and Dinner. Lunch covers the basics, but Dinner feels like a bigger jump than I need. It integrates perfectly with Gmail. Filters mail into categorized sub-labels with a high accuracy rate and keeps the primary inbox clean of extraneous messages. It needs some further refinement in the UI to help users find settings to review filter settings. Also needs some additional capabilities like keyword filtering that go above mail domain filtering. Easy to train so that the labels come right. I really like the labels - they’re highly relevant and help me prioritise without missing important emails. It has also greatly reduced my email stress. Works better and on top of Gmail's existing filters. In my priving plan I got enough and more labels plus I can use it across both my work and my personal email which is great. As a person who subscribes to probably too many newsletters, I was drowing in email. I no longer trusted that unsubscribe works for many senders. And, because I didn't want Google's Gemini training on my email contents, I turned off smart features, which took away sorting feature--so I was LOST and overwhelmed by my inbox. Sanebox is genius! I especially love the Sane BlackBox, where I can send email I no longer want to see, without hurting friends' feeling by unsubscribing. I used to have to spend time everyday scanning and deleting all the email I get, in order to keep my google account from getting full and to avoid missing anything important. I like SaneBox for its auto sort and mass delete options. My inbox isn't full of spam, and I can just go to a category to see what I want or save space by deleting emails. SaneBox provides great value for money. It offers a variety of ways to manage your inbox, and while I don't use all of it's features, the ones I do use save me about 2-3 hours a week. It provides structure for my emails, and the other brilliant thing about it is that it just \*works\*. What do you dislike about SaneBox? I often forget to check my other folders and sometimes miss important messages that have been put there. The best part about the software is its ease of use. I really enjoyed the filtering and the way the items in my inbox were the only thing that really mattered to me, but I didn't have to give up newsletters or other informative emails that I might have wanted to keep and read in the future. The cost was somewhat prohibitive, and I ended up canceling because I left the business situation for which it was instrumental. For me it is an incredible software to keep our emails clean against any loss of information in turn avoid any spam or junk mail that interferes with saved or important files, with SaneBox we avoid encountering this type of spam, effectively , allows us to filter our mail with the sole purpose of keeping it clean. I do not have a negative point about it, it has worked very well the tools are useful in keeping our mail clean against any junk file, however I think it can be improved with respect to its interface it is something obsolete for how good it can be, in itself it does not affect the service is only a recommendation. Recommendations to others considering SaneBox: In my opinion, the information of our company has worked very well and the mail is clean, personal or corporate emails with this software avoid spam emails in this way we can search the files, documents or information more quickly and efficiently, preventing our tray from being fill with those unnecessary files, I recommend it. He solved key problems in the company in order to keep our emails clean and avoid any kind of inconvenience in this regard with those junk emails, in this way it keeps SaneBox clean and safe prevents spam emails from flooding our email through filters that we can modify so it is totally free modifying the service is what strikes me the most that we can protect them in our own way, I love it.
