It’s flexible, easy to use once you get through the initial setup, and the lower-priced plans are definitely worth it. **What do you dislike about SaneBox?** The interface could use an update, and I wish there were a pricing tier between Lunch and Dinner. I no longer trusted that unsubscribe works for many senders. And, because I didn't want Google's Gemini training on my email contents, I turned off smart features, which took away sorting feature--so I was LOST and overwhelmed by my inbox. Sanebox is genius! I especially love the Sane BlackBox, where I can send email I no longer want to see, without hurting friends' feeling by unsubscribing. I feel confident that what is important is quickly and easily findable. **What do you dislike about SaneBox?** So far I don't see any downsides to using SaneBox. The only reason I gave 8 stars for how likely I am to recommend to friends is that most people I know don't get as much email as I do. **What problems is SaneBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to have to spend time everyday scanning and deleting all the email I get, in order to keep my google account from getting full and to avoid missing anything important. It offers a variety of ways to manage your inbox, and while I don't use all of it's features, the ones I do use save me about 2-3 hours a week. It provides structure for my emails, and the other brilliant thing about it is that it just *works*. It never has an outage, never screws up the trainings, and they also always come out with new features. I'm really pleased with this product. **What do you dislike about SaneBox?** I often forget to check my other folders and sometimes miss important messages that have been put there. This is totally my fault and not SaneBox's, but it does happen. **Recommendations to others considering SaneBox:** It absolutely does what it says on the tin. It would be great if they bought unroll.me or added some functionality to help me automatically group unsubscribe to a bunch of emails. **What problems is SaneBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Just decluttering the mind by virtue of decluttering the inbox, and 'filing' emails in their appropriate places. I really enjoyed the filtering and the way the items in my inbox were the only thing that really mattered to me, but I didn't have to give up newsletters or other informative emails that I might have wanted to keep and read in the future. **What do you dislike about SaneBox?** The cost was somewhat prohibitive, and I ended up canceling because I left the business situation for which it was instrumental. When I scaled down to a handful of emails a day, achieving inbox zero really wasn't that challenging. **What problems is SaneBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is pretty simple, an insane inbox. I also loved the "NoResponse" filter which basically called out emails that I sent but didn't get a reply yet. **What do you dislike about SaneBox?** I was nervous about the different folders in created and fearful I would miss something important. I know I can train it but..."out of sight out of mind" is such a powerful reality. Ultimately I was worried I might be missing something and hesitant to pay for some help but maybe not peace of mind.
