Sane Host is vacation rental calendar management software that consolidates bookings from platforms like Airbnb and VRBO into a unified dashboard, eliminating the need to switch between accounts or manually track reservations. Hosts paste iCal links from their listings, and bookings import automatically on a read-only basis, ensuring the software never modifies booking platform accounts directly. The system generates a shareable magic link for cleaners to view schedules without apps or accounts, syncing with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Updates and reminders are sent automatically when bookings change. Sane Host integrates with KeyCafe to automate key access, creating time-limited codes for check-in and checkout. It also drafts welcome messages for guest communication, with setup completed by pasting calendar links for quick onboarding.
