Sandooq is a browser-based retail point of sale and back-office suite for independent shops and small chains in the GCC and Levant. Checkout is offline-first: once a cashier is signed in with a cash session open, cash sales queue on the device during internet outages and sync when the connection returns. Sandooq supports barcode scanning, held orders, discounts, returns and exchanges, split payments, card payments recorded at the till from an external terminal, and dual-currency selling with merchant-set rates frozen on each sale. Back-office modules cover inventory counts, batches and expiry, transfers between stores, suppliers and purchase orders, customer accounts with credit limits and loyalty points, expenses, profit and loss, a double-entry ledger, cash sessions and X/Z reports. The interface is available in Arabic with a mirrored right-to-left layout and in English, and runs on desktop, tablet or phone with ESC/POS receipt printers and USB or Bluetooth barcode scanners.
