It is built for people and teams who rely on voice communication, especially contact center, customer experience, healthcare, financial services, retail, travel, and other teams where background noise can reduce clarity, trust, and productivity. Sanas uses patented, omni-directional noise removal to keep conversations intelligible on both sides of the call, while preserving natural speech and ambience so voices remain clear and authentic. The product runs on-device, processes audio locally in real time, and is designed to add no noticeable delay. Sanas Noise Cancellation identifies and removes sounds such as keyboard clicks, fan noise, dog barks, distant voices, and other background speech. Results including 18% higher CSAT, 15% lower AHT, 22% better FCR, 89% reduction in communication stress, and 12% lower turnover in one deployment. Sanas does not monitor, record, or store call data, and lists certifications including HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, SOC 3, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
