We love using Sana because of the way that they establish relationships with their users. I've never used a product where I felt that my feedback could actually influence the product. When we speak to our contact at Sana about a problem or a feature request, we feel heard. In fact, Sana iterates their product so quickly that we are usually able to see our feedback implemented shortly after requesting it.

If you are looking to change up the way you deliver facilitator-led distance learning training, Sana is a product that you should review. We had grown tired of delivering slide decks through other platforms and wanted to create a unique product for our clients. Sana (through their Live product) lets you reimagine the way you deliver your training with a focus on interactivity. Other platforms have interactive features like polls show up in other windows or over the main screen, making them seem like a side element to the presentation. With Sana, the interactive element IS the focus.

There's not much to say here - problems that we identify are taken seriously and addressed. Something to note is that since they iterate so frequently, you may find yourself updating static support documents (job aids, etc) that reference Sana more often than you'd like, but this is a minor tradeoff. Training in Sana is effortless to construct, deliver and to onboard new users and customers. With very little training, our expert consultants are creating self-paced, live and hybrid courses. Guests interact throughout our expert-led webinars, through Sana’s features – polls, sliding scales, and reflection modules. Whatever we need to communicate, Sana has a feature to help us deliver the message.

Content creation is decentralized even across specialist functions. Sana’s use of generative AI allows our consultants to create summaries, questions, and free text. All with very little training. When we were looking for a new learning platform, Sana really stood out for two reasons: the quality of the user experience and the care and attention of the Sana team. Our use case is slightly different from their usual customer, but they really took the time to understand our specific requirements and have since worked very closely with us to ensure our onboarding and migration process has gone so smoothly.

The platform itself is very modern and intuitive and the early reaction from our members has been overwhelmingly positive. We've also worked with the Sana team to build a couple of integrations with other programs, which has gone very smoothly and will only add to the benefits of using the platform.

Sana is a fantastic tool for creating learning experiences! Sana Labs is easy to use for admins and provides a great user experience for learners. For example, the placement test helps learners focus on what they don't know instead of being forced to review the information they already know. Sana live helps facilitate interactive workshops as you can add cards for polls, reflections, and questions.
