"Enhancing our team's expertise with a caring client management's experience"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sana Learn?

Sana Labs has been an important upside for Alan, especially for our Sales & Care community. The platform's ability to facilitate tailored training has enhanced our team's expertise. We've developed customized courses that resonate with our needs, and the AI-assisted content creation has been a standout feature, allowing us to build courses with ease and efficiency. The AI's ability to auto-generate questions, polls, and key takeaways has been particularly powerful, saving us time and ensuring we can leverage those trainings beyond Sana.

Additionally, the client management and support provided by the Sana Labs team have been nothing short of amazing. They've been instrumental in helping us move forward on various topics. Their responsiveness and willingness to help us tailor the platform to our needs have been invaluable in creating a continuous learning environment that empowers Alaners. What do you dislike about Sana Learn?

There is room for improvement in certain areas.

For instance, the dashboard and analytics features could be more intuitive and provide deeper insights, the team is working on it.

We also see a potential for Sana Labs to enhance the content creation process, which is not always intuitive for Alaners and require trainings, as well as our integration with daily tools (using slack rather than email for ex).

Enhancing these aspects of the platform would undoubtedly elevate the user experience and provide even greater value to our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Creating e-learnings have never been easier"
5/5
What do you like best about Sana Learn?

Today we use Sana to create e-learnings. It´s easy, tasteful, fun and versatile. Love the simple ways to collaborate with our content owners. The SCORM-connector saves us a lot of time since we publish our content in another LMS. The placement-tests have had a very positive impact on our organization. Now you only have to review content you don´t know yet. And of course Sana themselves - a very inspiring company to work with and to learn from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sana Learn?

Nothing really. I wish there was a possibility to have question banks from where you could create tests where you randomly selects questions for your learners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helping us solve our internal training & onboarding needs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sana Learn?

There are many things that attracted us to Sana from the moment we started talking to them. Aside from ticking the majority of the boxes we were aiming for, it was clear from the beginning that this would be a real partnership between them and us as a client. Now that we have been using Sana as our internal LMS, I can say that this has proven to be true and has gone beyond what we were originally expecting.

Almost on a daily basis we are in contact with Sana in order to further improve our offerings and I cannot remember ever getting no for an answer. Most of the time when we identify something we would like to have, they are already working on it or otherwise are eager to immediately start looking into the options.

Aside from the collaborative aspect with the people from Sana itself, the service has helped us first and foremost to build out our internal training, onboarding and sales enablement. We wanted a place where we could combine all of those and with Sana we are now conducting both live sessions and self-paced courses in one platform.

Other big bonuses for us are the fact that everyone is our org is able to be a creator of content in Sana, as we do have a strong focus on sharing knowledge and skillsets within our organisation and the amount of automation that is available. One of our key focuses for this year was to automate and simplify many of our processes and the way in which we can set up onboarding scheduling and mandatory training reporting in Sana has really contributed to that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sana Learn?

We genuinely really appreciate Sana as a tool and one of our favourite parts is how quickly we get new features. However, this is something you have to be willing to really be on top of. Sometimes it can makes things confusing, as many things change rapidly and it an be a challenge to keep our entire team updated on those changes. As an admin, it's not really an option to put it aside for a few weeks, because your communication will likely be outdated and you will find yourself having to figure multiple things out again yourself.

Again, this is also a massive bonus for us and we are willing to put in the effort from our end, but it is something to consider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
