SIMPLICITY IN EDITING AND MOVING THINGS ON THE WEBSITE. THIS PLATFORM IS VERY USER FRIENDLY WHEN YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING. NAVIGATION WE LIKE, DISPLAY AND APPEARANCE WE LIKE, THE ABILITY TO CHANGE YOUR DISPLAY WE LIKE, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SANA SPHERE - NOT VERY EFFICIENT. BASICALLY IT IS JUST DOING EMAILS BACK AND FORTH BUT ON ANOTHER PLATFORM? VERY CONFUSING AND SOMETIME DIFFICULT TO FOLLOW. SUGGESTIONS - CREATING A TICKET IS FINE; HOWEVER AFTER THAT, USE NORMAL EMAILS. IN ADDITION WE FOUND THE CURRENT PAYMENT METHODS ALLOWED ARE VERY RESTRICTING. MEANING SANA ONLY SUPPORTS SPECIFIC METHODS SUCH AS PAY FABRIC. WE USE PAY PAL WHICH WORKS FINE - HOWEVER WE LOSE ALOT OF $ WHEN WE RECEIVE USD FUNDS AND HAVE TO CONVERT TO CDN FUNDS. WE WOULD LIKE THE ABILITY TO HAVE USD CUSTOMERS PAY BY CC/PAYPAL AND HAVE THEIR FUNDS COME DIRECTLY INTO OUR US ACCOUNT (ALTHOUGH WE ARE LOCATED IN CANADA). PAYPAL DOES NOT ALLOW US TO DO THIS. ORDER ENTRY WITH B2B CUSTOMERS IS MUCH MORE EFFICIENT. SOME B2C ORDERS HAVE OCCURRED. WOULD LIKE TO GET MORE TRACTION WITH B2C USER. What do you like best about Sana Commerce Cloud?

It has a lot of B2B and B2C features, this way you can offer your clients what they need. The look and feel is simple and helpful and the one step checkout is good for CR%. Also you will have an admin tool to build out your landing pages, forms and also has some great functionalities as quotations (with their specific workflows) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sana Commerce Cloud?

We had very customized ERP rules and asked for a lot of "bad customizations". When we realized our error and tried to go back, there is no default option to go back, You have to ask for a entirely new development.

Also the development service is only available at tuesdays and thursdays, that makes the fixes and devs really slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sana Commerce Cloud:

hire this if you are a busines focused on B2B clients, but try to use as much standard features as you can. Customizing can be a problem if you later on realize that you made a mistake asking for that or simply that you don't like it anymore.

They will sure provide support in your language which is great, but also consider the development team is in Netherlands, and the time zone difference will affect agileness if you're in America Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Offers a lot of customization, especially if you have an ERP system. Having an admin tool is great for your own team to administrate the platform.

Poorly designed user interface, hardly can make any customized changes. Any additional feauture, you have to pay extremely fees.
