Recommendations to others considering Sana Commerce Cloud:
We choose it for the ease of use, flexiblity, being a hosted solution, and a professional/international outfit.
Implementation was easy, integration into the ERP was a breeze, and the team fully dedicated.
Once we were up and running, we were passed to the main support team, who we never had to reach out to, but had access through a ticket system
We used to be on Magento and needed coding expertise for all aspects of the previous site, from page building blocks to other layouts.
We needed to outsource all changes to developers, with no flexibility.
Being on Magento, we had to pay for hosting fees, and have server maintenance, which also had a high cost.
Adding the hosting fees and the developer fees + connector together made it a more expensive solution, even tough we were on the Open-Source Magento.
