This is a follow up to my original review; we still love the Samsara GPS system for monitoring our technicians and their locations. It's easy to use, responsive, and gives pertinent information about each vehicle. We value safety and Samsara helps us monitor that effectively. Samsara is extremely user friendly. Everything is easy to understand, and I think customer support is excellent too. Our company uses it continuouly throughout each business day. Samsara will charge you even though you haven't used the device because you sold your car and/or the car is not driveable, i.e., needs a new engine and new engine costs much more than the value of car. Samsara has not solved any problems i've had, always billing. I advised Samsara that my Samsara device has not been used in 2 years, and they know it as I sent them photos of Samsara device last location, which was 2 years ago. I have emails advising them of same and they still charged me. I have a diagnostic on another vehicle with Samsara in which vehicle has a blown engine and needs replacement. Samsara said I needed an insurance company to show the car as totaled. Who has insurance on an engine?
