**What do you like best about Samsara?**

We were on the fence for years on whether or not to implement a safety product such as Samsara, however, we needed a better way to control our drivers and the vehicles out on the road. We implemented Samsara and have not regretted it one bit. Its a great product with great customer service.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I see a lot of development for the platform in the future, I wish the licensing were a little more inclusive of everything to just make it an all encompassing platform. The cost is really at the top end of the market and then the add ons really make it unfeasible.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to address driver behaviors immediately and creating a safer on road experience. We continue to see a better experience for our drives and their safety. Its breaking those bad habits!

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I really enjoy the cameras. They help us see what actually happened during accidents and let us review it accurately. Samsara also aids in tracking our vehicles and improving our safety scores. The tool helps keep our drivers under their correct hours for DOT reporting, which is quite beneficial. Additionally, the setup itself is pretty easy, which was great for us.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I think sometimes when there are serious accidents and the windshield breaks, the camera gets disconnected, or the unit can't be found, you'd lose that opportunity for the video footage. That's happened to us twice with some major accidents where we would really like to see the video footage.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've used Samsara for years to track vehicles and safety scores. It helps manage hours of service, DOT reporting, and improves safe driving and accident reviews. The cameras confirm incidents, proving fault or innocence, and boost our driver's scores.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I appreciate Samsara's accuracy, which is important to me. I find the time tracking and vehicle changing functions awesome because I know when a driver is changing their tractor. Initially, using Samsara was like handling all new software, but after a while, it became nice and easy.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Many times I type the name of employee in the search window and it is not coming up. All employees should be available during search process.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Samsara for reviewing and investigating HOS. It helps me track HOS performed by employees and accurately shows when the driver changes his tractor. Time tracking and vehicle changing features are awesome.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

We use a simpler version of Samsara, so not much has changed for us in terms of new. But they continue to advance on the GPS side and everything flows smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Customer support is still pretty bad. I never know who our account manager is, since it seems to change every few months. 

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara's fleet management and GPS system is wonderful. The real-time statistics helps us keep our fleet on the right path and make sure that all of our technicians are where they should be.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

We have been a Samsara customer for about 4 years now. Their system was easy to learn and easy to set up. They offer customizable roles, permissions, and tagging features. Their vehicle gateway hardware has been close to 100% reliable, only a few failures in that time. Samsara offers a huge number of features and integrations with many different industry vendors (Fleetio, Comdata, WEX, Tenstreet, Dispatch Track, etc.). They offer support for customers who need an integration with less commonly known vendors as well. Their customer support has been excellent, especially their cable exchange program. We use their dashboard, and camera features on a daily basis. Samsara is always looking to add or enhance features. Just today, we met with our rep and got a new speed sign recognition feature and learned about some upcoming fuel management features. Overall, Samsara is a great company to work with and they care about customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Over the 4 years we've been with Samsara, we have had a few issues. The first batch of trailer tracking equipment we received was problematic. The gateways would stop pinging their locations and could not be reset. After some back and forth, Samsara replaced all of the older gateways with updated versions that have been far more reliable. Our accounting department does not like the way Samsara sends over invoices or how those invoices are structured. Some mileage reports will give different information between the reports, but it is normally a small difference. Samsara's activity/audit log is not user friendly at all.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara has solved the following problems:
1. Accurate Electronic Logging hardware/software - our previous provider was terrible in every sense
2. Mileage tracking and reporting - we went from 2 providers in various trucks to a single provider. This has streamlined our reporting
3. Reliable, intelligent cameras in trucks - We went from less than 50 cameras to cameras in nearly all of our equipment. The cameras allow us to coach bad behaviors, investigate complaints, and determine what happened in accidents. They've exonerated drivers who may have been held accountable for accidents.
4. Trailer tracking - we did not have any way of tracking the majority of our trailers prior to Samsara
5. Tracking vehicle utilization and making sure crews are on time
6. Preventing unauthorized vehicle usage
7. Locating and recovering stolen equipment
8. Protecting Company interests

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I like that Samsara is easy to navigate and provides constant notifications and live tracking, which are crucial for managing my fleet. The geofence feature is another aspect I find really useful. It's also very helpful for maintenance and diagnostics of the trucks. Setting up mobile devices is convenient with the QR code scanning feature.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Retrieving video footage can be difficult, especially if the footage is a little older.

Samsara solves complaints from customers, employees, and road users. I find it easy to navigate with constant notifications and live tracking, which is helpful for maintenance and diagnostics.

can be buggy at times. will kick you out and make you log back in periodically

It is imperative that i know where my drivers are at all times. the old way was map books and it was always a guess on where my fleet was at a given time. this helps me know where they are at all times. this helps me service my customers much more efficiently and effectively. It is also amazing at holding my drivers accountable and keeping them on task much better. The days of them lying about their whereabouts are over. when customers call to get status updates, i can fill them in accurately and efficiently.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

Creating routes and tracking the trucks is very easy to navigate. The drivers mention that the drivers app for the pre-trips as well as for onsite use is easy to use. Its easy to see the documents from any given day, time, driver and delivery and is displayed in high quality.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

The warnings and close calls it provides aren't the most reliable, and I'm not convinced it ever learns to disregard certain scenarios. For instance, whenever a truck is turning a corner on the highway and there's another truck in the opposite lane doing the same, it always issues a close head-on collision warning. Even after years of indicating that these alerts are unnecessary and unhelpful, I still have to dismiss them every time.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara assists us in managing our electronic logs and improves our communication with customers regarding delivery arrival times and future deliveries, since we are able to track the location of our trucks. We also appreciate the ability to enter all our maintenance records into the system, which then provides reminders when services are due.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I love the ease of use and many features. It makes locating a large number of vehicles very simple and I can isolate who sees which assets. We are now using the maintenance program and it has streamlined my job exponentially.  Samsara's customer service is very responsive also.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Device issues in our cold climate. Some of the parts on the devices, namely screws, are not covered under the warranty and this poses a problem replacing batteries in our unpowered assets. They rust and break. Also, trying to RMA obsolete units has been inconsistent.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Obviously locating our vehicles and trailers is the key benefit. We have now implemented the maintenance program and the AI has been amazing for streamlining invoices and updating powered asset maintenance tracking. It has cut my input time at least by half.  I've also set the system up to automatically notify regional project managers when their trucks need servicing, which is amazing!

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

The ability to "fine tune" and customize the system heavily drove our decision to go with Samsara over other companies. The ease of use is also beyond that of other fleet management software, and everyone on my fleet team is pleased with the Samsara system. I monitor safety events daily, and I don't know what we would do without Samsara. Customer Support has always immediately reached out about any issues we have had, which have been few. Install of the camera systems and gateways is extremely streamlined and easy. Samsara works well alongside our WEX gas card account to monitor fuel purchases for fraud. I would say that I'm very satisfied with Samsara, and I'm glad my company chose Samsara for our Fleet.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

The only thing that has been a thorn in our side since implementation is frequent emails of disconnected gateways and disconnected cellular connection sometimes floods the inbox with disconnected gateway emails, and there does not seem to be a solution to cellular connectivity issues in the panhandle of Florida.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara simplifies fleet management by allowing us to easily track assets and monitor every data metric our fleet generates. One feature I particularly appreciate is its ability to track idling and fuel waste, sending reminders to our team to turn off the trucks and avoid unnecessary fuel consumption. Previously, we were losing about $2,000 per month to wasted fuel, but over the past year, we've managed to reduce that figure to $800 per month.

I like the accuracy and the ease of navigation through the website. The information is clear and concise.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

When using online and changing a unit to locate that unit's information, it would be helpful if you did not have to type the unit in, wait for the results to be shown, then click on the results to get the information.  It would be helpful to enter the unit and the results show below, without a second click.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara allows me to locate vehicles quickly, and makes data available for use in other applications.

I love when it's tracking correctly. I like how easy it is to train on and learn on. I use it all day long and it has a lot of features that I can continue to learn more about and that is easy to integrate with our other applications.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

There are several cameras/sensors that don't work at all across many of our batch plants. Our dispatch dept also has issues with Samsara not tracking so we don't know where a truck is throughout the day.

We manage mixer trucks and Samsara benefits us by being able to track the trucks and informs us of what next actions we need to take to serve our customers and drivers.

Samsara takes care of our needs particularly with e-logs, and I love the feature that allows me to track our trucks.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

The only thing that comes to mind I find annoying is when I have to log in to send a document, it's long and unnecessary. I have to give too many definitions of why I am bypassing trailers, pre-trips, etc. I would like a way to log in quickly just to review my logs or in particular, to send a document.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can't think about problem solving, probably because Samsara fulfills our needs for our fleet hub.

Being able to check the location of the bus, see if its running and look at the diagnostics

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

There is a lag while the buses are moving that doesn't allow for you to instruct the driver on where to turn. The screen freezes up frequently and you have to click on the screen for it to unfreeze, then the buses jump and you have to relocate them.

It's nice to be able to see if an offsite driver is on location with the bus running and the ability to see what time they made a stop. It helps to be able to see fuel levels as well.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I use Samsara for tracking vehicles in our livery company. I like that it's user-friendly and easy to navigate between assets and features. I appreciate being able to check safety scores and then quickly flip back over to assets to track where someone is. It's convenient to see, at a glance, where the chauffeurs are, how fast they're traveling, and their general ETA to their destinations.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

The AI detection seems to be either over-sensitive or not sensitive enough, depending on the settings. We haven't found a happy medium yet. Seatbelt detection is hit or miss - depends on the color of shirt someone is wearing. Inattentive driving can be triggered too quickly for doing things like checking mirrors.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Samsara to easily track chauffeurs' locations and speeds, and estimate their arrival times, improving coordination for our livery company.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I like everything about Samsara. We use it for 150 trucks and we are very satisfied. The in-cab and outside cameras help us analyze driving behavior, which has helped reduce behavior-related violations by almost 50%. The ELD provides accurate fuel tax results. The video captures have saved us from not-at-fault accidents. The messaging feature ensures drivers receive information right away. Samsara has helped us streamline processes, run safely on the roads, and operate more efficiently, with reduced risk, maintenance, and insurance costs.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I have one issue with the AI, which is too sensitive and the voice alerts are loud, which needs review. AI's sensitivity and loudness of alerts should be improved. Setting up everything we are still not 100%.

I use Samsara to reduce risk, save  maintenance, and insurance costs. It helps streamline processes and ensures safer, more efficient road operations.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I find it great that if there is an issue, Samsara keeps me updated immediately without having to get in contact with them. I love Samsara because we've tried five other elog services, and they were nightmares.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

There are a couple of programs that need some adjustments, like the 150 air mile radius doesn't recognize driving as being on duty when the driver and truck get back to our home location and gives the driver a violation for not taking a 30 rest break. When a driver uses adverse driving and split sleeper, it always shows a violation. Also, when you run a quarterly report, it says up to 3 months data but you can only get 90 days at a time, and there is no notification that it didn't pull 3 months data.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara helps me monitor drivers with reports and events, making it easier to review harsh events without constant supervision. I like that it updates immediately about any issues, keeping me informed without direct contact.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

Security has proven to be an exceptional tool for our operations. The maintenance updates simplify keeping up with oil changes, inspections, and repairs, which saves us time and helps prevent breakdowns before they occur.

The cameras and alerts are just as beneficial. They encourage accountability and enhance driver safety, while also allowing us to review incidents thoroughly and safeguard both our officers and our company when issues come up. The real-time alerts provide immediate insight if a vehicle deviates from its route, idles excessively, or encounters a possible safety issue.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

1. Sometimes vehicles or cameras lose connection temporarily, causing location updates or dashcam uploads to lag behind in real time.

2. While the desktop dashboard is excellent, the mobile app can be clunky for managing alerts, camera footage, or maintenance schedules on the go.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Fleet Oversight & Maintenance Tracking
Before Samsara, keeping up with oil changes, inspections, and service intervals across multiple patrol vehicles was a headache.

Now: Samsara automatically tracks mileage, sends maintenance reminders, and logs service history — preventing breakdowns and keeping our vehicles in top shape.



2. Driver Safety & Accountability
Without consistent video or telematics data, it was difficult to verify incidents or coach driver behavior.

Now: Samsara’s AI dashcams and driver alerts promote safer driving, reduce liability, and provide evidence when false claims or accidents occur.

Coordinating multiple patrol routes used to rely heavily on manual tracking and communication.

Having the weather added to map was a great addition.  With Winter coming it is very important to know what the conditions are like for our drivers and between the cameras and the weather on the map we have a great idea instantly of what our truck drivers are going through.

In my opinion the sleepy driver notifications are not helpful.  By the time that I get them the driver is usually done with their route and on their way home for the day.  For them to be useful it would have to be instant notifications.

Samsara is taking the guess work out of accidents in the trucks.  It lets us see if the driver was distracted or on the phone with clairity.   It has also replaced Omnitracs as our goto for finding out where our drivers are at due to almost zero lag time.

I appreciate the API being very user-friendly, and the support from the staff in integrating it with our data warehouse has been great. The process to transfer Samsara's data into our data warehouse via our ETL process was straightforward, which was a relief. I like the real-time vehicle tracking on the road with a lot of detail about where vehicles have been and when they were there. The video quality is great, making it easier to see details on the road, and the amount of storage history available is very helpful as I can look back quite a ways if there's something I need to see. The setup of Samsara is very easy and intuitive, and even without the extensive resources they offer, it's still straightforward.

I don't like that the battery life on the unpowered trackers is not very good. Often, I pull up the dashboard to find something only to find out that it's been out of service for months, and I didn't get an email about it.

The tracking and facial ID for drivers is accurate and the telematics data is very helpful for the safety of the drivers. It's decently easy to use. They store a lot of storage for footage.

Pulling the footage takes a long time and it's not always known if you're pulling the correct footage because the system doesn't let you scrub to see what it is you're pulling, the cameras turn themselves off if the trucks are left idle for more than 7 days and our field slows down drastically in the cold months, the cameras have been unplugging themselves and reactivating themselves at random and don't have a wide field of vision. Support mostly sends links that are on their website for help until you manage to get escalated and that takes a while.

Pulling accident footage and refuting claims of damage that are not brought to the field employees attention and tracking drivers in regards to their location and jobsite.

When I get new units, I usually set up several GPS units and it saves me a lot of time. The initial setup was easy too. On top of that, I'd give Samsara a 10 out of 10 for recommending to others.

This may be a bad time for me to do this survey, because we have issues going on that need to be fixed - permanently. Like drivers are signing in and connecting and yet the autobot keeps screaming at them to sign in, which I would like to keep on, but they're getting highly irritated, which then makes me highly irritated. Our "dedicated 30 day installation support" was nonsense. The rep assigned to us emailed me on a Friday, and on Monday when I emailed him, he was on vacation. Like... WHY. I eventually got a new chic, who was helpful. Then the next week, tried to email her again and got a vacay notice on her as well. THAT needs to be revamped. You shouldn't assign anyone until a new customer starts installing and sends in that first help email. THEN pick someone and let that someone be the guy the whole way through...OR... have that guy hand us off to his back up because he is going on vacay. Simple. Then I don't feel like I made a 34k mistake. One of our CDL drivers is FREAKING OUT because it shows her in violation on her tablet, but we can't see anything. It didn't even track an entire day of her driving one day and that hasn't been resolved. And, email reply time is CRAP (sorry, I'm blunt) With this being a new installation, I already have to contend with "old dog...new trick" syndrome, so I try to field some of this, but I can't because I'm new at this, too. I'm also not in the truck with the drivers. So, that's hard. Then, there's the issue of our drivers having to confirm THREE times on something. That's just dumb and they're not happy about it.

I use Samsara for truck and trailer tracking and fleet management. Samsara is great for tracking multiple tractors and trailers, providing live data that I can use to provide customers with real-time updates on ETA's and delivery times. I love the functionality and accessibility because it is very user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and learn how to use. This is valuable as I don’t have to spend much time navigating to get to where I need to go. The different tabs on the left-hand side of the screen separating Overview, drivers, tractors, trailers, etc., are very helpful. Samsara works great together with McLeod, and I find the initial setup very easy due to Samsara's spectacular functionality and accessibility.

One thing that could be improved on are the server capacities. Sometimes it feels like when Samsara has a heavy load it slows down a bit and it can take longer to load certain pages or navigate.

I truly appreciate the ease of use and the ability to track my vehicles in real time. The camera system sends me great photos and video along with being easy to set up. I also like how we are able to call for support and how incredibly helpful they have been for me. The interface is very user friendly and honestly works great, I would not change a thing in regard to the system itself. Also please keep in mind, I use this system daily and it has never let me down yet. 

Final Item I would like to say is that it is truly easy to set up and integrate into my daily routine. Very well done.

The only dislike I have had is how it was interfering with my vehicle system on a couple older Ford vehicles. It was putting the vehicle into a diagnostic mode and that truly was becoming a nightmare. Thankfully, tech support was able to resolve the issue by changing a few settings on their end and all seems to be working great now. Very much appreciated.

We have lots of issues with cameras "disconnecting" even when nothing has been touched in regards to the gateway or the camera itself. When reaching out to the Samsara Support team, they tend to give the same generic answers as to how to fix whatever the issue is rather than reviewing the issue on a case by case basis.

I like the flexibility Samsara has to adapt to our business and operations. We've had a good working relationship with different Samsara representatives, which has been a positive experience for us. I also enjoy the new features that continue to be added to our dashboard. Samsara has significantly helped us save on vehicle accidents and keep our drivers more aware of their driving behaviors, improving safety. We've been using several added features with the dashcams, like 'Possible Drowsiness,' 'Obstructed Camera,' and 'Lane Departure,' which have been quite beneficial. The AI for report building has been valuable to our team as well. Setting up Samsara was fairly easy, and we managed it ourselves.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

We had issues with the gateways detecting the EV trucks and other needed information. We still cannot view everything on the EV trucks. Pricing can be improved as well. We have to disconnect the EV trucks from the gateway to charge them, which causes a disruption with the gateways. A driver may forget to plug the gateway again. We do not view the battery level on the vehicle as we can see the fuel percentage on ICE vehicles.

I use Samsara every day, and it has become an invaluable tool for dispatching. The platform provides a wealth of information, including real-time GPS tracking, mechanical defect alerts, and codes. The addition of real-time weather updates is also a fantastic feature. 

Samsara has made my dispatching tasks much easier. With the mobile app, I can make last-minute changes from home, which has been extremely helpful when employees call in sick or if I realize I've made a mistake and need to fix it quickly.

Although I don't take full advantage of everything Samsara offers, it still provides all the features I need and more.

This pinpoint location feature is particularly valuable because we deploy robots across a large city like Chicago and need to know their exact locations, especially at the end of the day. It helps save time by allowing us to send robots to predetermined pickup points or retrieve them individually. Also, setting up Samsara was pretty simple and straightforward, which was great since we're mostly tech savvy.

I don't like how the safety inbox works. The points are automatically deducted from the driver's score before there's a chance to review them. It also takes 6 hours to see them drop from the score after a review. It's deflating to see your score drop when you know you did nothing wrong. Also, it feels like customer feedback on feature requests isn't prioritized, and they should focus on fixing existing features before adding new ones.

It helps me mitigate insurance claims, keep track of scheduled maintenance, locate technicians, and provide safety reports. What I like most about Samsara is the UI, which is clean and modern. The initial setup of Samsara was pretty simple, and I've been using it for about 5 years. They are always updating it and making improvements.

I guess the only thing that bothers me is the amount of time it takes to download camera footage and the limitation of 1 minute HD with audio clips.

I love how you can see where everyone is, how fast they are going, and the trip history with Samsara. This makes it really easy to ensure everyone is on time. The speed feature is particularly valuable because it ensures safety for our employees and everyone else on the road. Additionally, having location and trip history is crucial for responding to customer inquiries and scheduling. The initial setup was very simple, which was a big plus.

Sometimes the system is a bit glitchy and you have to refresh the page in order to get it to update.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Samsara for GPS tracking to know technicians' locations, ensuring timely arrivals. It helps with route calculations, monitoring speed for safety, and responding to customer inquiries. Location and trip history improve scheduling and efficiency.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

Being able to get truck video footage myself, instead of having to request it from tech support like our previous software. Trucks are tracked in real time, and you actually see the trucks moving. The trip history images have been very useful and convenient. Customer support is excellent and assists us quickly and directly. Swapping out defective devices is nice, easy and simple.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

We can't upload our routes and have Samsara show us driver stops as they complete them. From my understanding there are some compatibility issues with our routing software and Samsara. Sometimes when downloading video footage, it takes forever or gets stuck retrieving the video.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara benefits us in many ways. It is a great asset to assist us with managing our fleet of vehicles. It makes tracking our vehicles very easy and when accidents occur it is a simple quick process to retrieve the video footage, when makes the accident reporting process a lot easier for us. Samsara also helps us with our truck maintenance by show us when trucks have faults or check engine lights, which allows us to preemptively get the truck serviced before a breakdown occurs.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I have been using Samsara for nearly four years. As a DOT Compliance Manager, the information I get from Samsara has greatly increased my effectiveness. The AI behavior detection feature makes it fast and almost effortless to spot and correct unwanted driver behaviors. I can send video events directly to drivers for self-coaching and acknowledgment, and with just one click, I am able to send a short training video to reinforce the behaviors we want to encourage in our drivers.

The variety of reports available is extensive, allowing me to easily track our progress in both Safety and Compliance.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Not being able to instantly pull some of the reports that I can get through the scheduled reports feature.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara has truly transformed how we address issues like speeding, seatbelt compliance, tailgating, and mobile phone use. With Samsara, we have been able to nearly eliminate instances of heavy and severe speeding. Additionally, the AI-powered following distance detection has led to a reduction in tailgating by more than 20% year over year.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I like the sales team and the follow-up associated with Samsara, which has led me to recommend Samsara to multiple trucking companies across the United States. The dashboard is very easy to manipulate, and user-friendly. The camera systems available are great, and I like the technical support that comes along with everything. Setting it up is a breeze, I can do it in five minutes or less.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I tend to get quite a few false readings from the telematics, especially with the sensitivity of detecting unsafe behaviors like harsh turns, which don't seem to have related safety issues in the video.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara provides real-time GPS tracking and electronic logging, enhancing safety and compliance by identifying unsafe driving trends. It also offers a better way of tracking operations to keep them successful and compliant.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I appreciate Samsara for its ability to keep our idling scores under control and for ensuring our drivers' adherence to safety protocols, such as seatbelt usage, which enhances the overall safety of our drivers and pedestrians. The system is an all-around asset for our company. I find the setup process quite straightforward since our administrator manages it, and I only need to input my email address to start. The coaching videos are a great resource, allowing drivers to visually understand their performance and areas for improvement. Using safety scores as a motivational tool helps in reinforcing proper driving skills among our drivers. These features collectively make Samsara a valuable and user-friendly tool in our operations, to the point that I would rate it a ten out of ten in terms of recommending it to others for its usefulness.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I dislike the sensitivity of some of the AI detection features in Samsara. Sometimes it doesn't accurately read situations, such as when pedestrians are sitting on the sidewalk and a bus passes by, triggering incorrect pedestrian collision warnings. Additionally, the AI doesn't always detect drowsiness well, which seems to be influenced by how someone's face looks, leading to unreliable assessments.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Samsara to monitor and improve driver safety, controlling idling scores and ensuring seat belt use. It keeps pedestrians safe and provides motivational safety scores, which helps in driver coaching.
