**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I love that Samsara shows me real-time data as well as reliable data using the interactive map. I can see the drivers and the buses all in real time, along with timestamps and exact routes. I think the simplicity and price were reasons for choosing Samsara.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Finding drivers' hours of service logs requires searching the driver's name and clicking on our service logs reports, which is a bit tedious. I would prefer if you could type something in, click enter, and then it would search and show you options instead of having to let it load and then select an option.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Samsara for tracking real-time driver hours, service logs, and bus operations. I love that it gives reliable, real-time data with an interactive map showing drivers, buses, timestamps, and exact routes.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I like that Samsara has adapted over the years and keeps a decent safety score. It's easy to set up, as I managed to set up the first batch of vans myself without any trouble. Additionally, Samsara tracks safety scores and helps keep everybody safe on the highways. I consider it the best tracking app I know, as I rated it a 10 on how likely I am to recommend it to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

If there is something that counts against my driver's score, and I dispute it, even if my manager agrees with my dispute, it does not change my driver's score in the app.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Samsara to track safety scores at work, which keeps everybody safe on highways.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

Samsara is helpful in seeing which assets are nearest a particular address, when there's an issue or if a customer calls our office. I can also see when each asset left their house each day. I also really like the "search for vehicles that were near here" option.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I frequently get stuck after using "search for vehicles that were near here" after I find which asset was at an address, and then I want to see their Trip, to see when they arrived, etc...You've got to 'back-out' of that feature to return to the 'regular' mode and it's difficult without backing all the way out to 600 assets and then having to search for the 1 asset again.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara is a huge relief to know it's functioning, and is there with data should we need it. Accidents, injuries, driving issues, etc. are all resolved with Samsara's data.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I appreciate Samsara for its ability to help correct issues and problems with my drivers and myself. It effectively indicates when there's a problem, such as cell phone use or inattentive driving, which helps address these issues throughout the day. Additionally, the introduction and transition to Samsara were seamless, with support from the Samsara team providing the necessary tools and information to make our operations proactive and productive.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I think the thing that doesn't work as well is the transitioning of the product to the driver and the driver understanding the benefit of what it can do for them.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Samsara for correcting driver issues, like inattentive driving. It helps make our drivers more efficient and effective, indicating problems such as cell phone use or other distractions to improve their driving and work professionalism.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

The simple, highly customizable dashboard that can be tailored to provide employees with the information pertaining to their specific responsibilities is great.  The intuitive onboarding process got that information to those employees immediately when we went live.  When we signed the agreement, our primary objective was knowing where key assets were physically located, Samsara gave us much more.  Accounting loves not having to adjust cost allocations because they are making entries based on real-time data.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I dislike the automated marketing emails that seem designed to look as though they were sent personally by my account manager.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides real time locations of where assets are located, and we no longer have to play the game of tracking down who used it last and which property did they leave it at?  We are able to allocate equipment expenses based on actual usage whereas before it was based on an arbitrary percentage or just divided out equally amongst cost centers.  It has also allowed management to hold employees accountable instead of sifting through he-said she-said.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

The platform is extremely user-friendly, and the dashboards make it simple to find the information I need quickly. I really appreciate the real-time tracking, clear reporting tools, and how everything updates instantly. It helps streamline communication, improve safety, and stay on top of productivity. Overall, it saves me time and makes managing the field so much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Occasionally the system can lag or take a moment to refresh data, which slows things down. None of these are major issues, but improving customization and speed would make the platform even better.

The platform streamlines how we track vehicles, review footage, monitor productivity, and address safety concerns. Having instant access to location data, alerts, and reports allows us to respond faster, prevent issues before they escalate, and keep our teams accountable.

We have greatly utilized the Safety aspects of Samsara to monitor and reward safe drivers

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

There still needs to be integration between the map view of the dispatcher (as far as how the route should be ran) and the driver app. 

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Samsara we had no structure or process for creating / dispatching local deliveries between 9 drivers. Now we have 4 different route directions (N,S,E,W) as well as 2 dedicated reoccurring routes. This allows us to know what driver has what delivery and when they will arrive. It also allows to more evenly spread delivery responsibility between all drivers instead of having a select few do most of the heavy lifting, leading to better driver accountability and productivity. It has also streamlined our regular maintenance schedules for our entire fleet

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I work in the ground transportation industry and I use Samsara as an ELD for regulated chauffeurs and to track safety, maintenance, and as a GPS. Samsara has helped us take our pre and post trips digital, cutting down the number of apps our chauffeurs need to use and digitizing a previously paper-based process. I like the simplicity of the user interface, which means there's a very low barrier to being able to use it. I also appreciate how it makes several regular processes easier from an administrative perspective, such as IFTA taxes, chauffeur accountability, and following up on service issues. Setting up new drivers and users has been incredibly easy, and it is one of the simpler software programs that our chauffeurs use daily.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Some of the features we'd like to utilize are an additionally paid feature, I wish that we could further customize our IVRs, but the cost was prohibitive for us. I wish that speed limits were updated more regularly. I understand that we can go in and manually override based on adjustments, but the system only pulling updates quarterly often means that some of our chauffeur safety alerts wind up inaccurate until the system catches up. None of our current tools integrate with Samsara.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara digitizes our pre and post trips, reducing paper use and app clutter. Its user-friendly interface simplifies processes like IFTA taxes and chauffeur accountability. It also offers GPS tracking and safety monitoring, enhancing maintenance and regulatory compliance.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I love that I can check on where my drivers are and that it is easy to check on where my fleet is at. I like that I can tell how much gas and battery life each vehicle has. I use this every day to see where my drivers have stopped. It is great when a customer calls saying we didn't stop at their location and I can pull up exactly where my driver was. I also like that I can tell which drivers have incidents and exactly what type of incident they had. Easy to learn how to use and teach employees how to use it. IT's also great that I can put alerts on when drivers are stopping at their personal houses

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Videos don't always save which causes an issue when we have to check how a driver is driving or if there was an accident we can't see what fully happened.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When a customer calls in stating that we have not been to their location I am able to pull up my drivers location and let them know that we had in fact been to their location. It also works for the opposite when a driver hasn't actually stopped so that we can have a discussion with our driver on why they did not stop. It also solves the problem of when a person calls in and says our driver is not driving safely, I can effectively see their speed, location, and pull up a video of where the driver was to see exactly what happened.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I find Samsara to be a robust tool for freight logistics, offering everything needed in one app. I appreciate being able to see my drivers' location, their safety habits, and mileages, and it's convenient to communicate with them through messages in the system. The cameras are a great feature, proving drivers' safe behavior, and the GPS location tracking is excellent. It's also great for communicating directions, gate assignments, and other information. Samsara is a complementary tool for our operations, from routing to maintenance. Everyone was pleased with the company's decision to switch to it.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

There are few limitiations that would prompt a response for this question. I cannot think of anything I dislike.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara is a one-stop shop for freight logistics. I can see my drivers' locations, safety habits, and mileage. It allows me to text messages and use inward pointing cameras to prove safe behaviors, simplifying communication and enhancing safety and compliance.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I really enjoy the cameras. They help us see what actually happened during accidents and let us review it accurately. Samsara also aids in tracking our vehicles and improving our safety scores. The tool helps keep our drivers under their correct hours for DOT reporting, which is quite beneficial. Additionally, the setup itself is pretty easy, which was great for us.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I think sometimes when there are serious accidents and the windshield breaks, the camera gets disconnected, or the unit can't be found, you'd lose that opportunity for the video footage. That's happened to us twice with some major accidents where we would really like to see the video footage.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've used Samsara for years to track vehicles and safety scores. It helps manage hours of service, DOT reporting, and improves safe driving and accident reviews. The cameras confirm incidents, proving fault or innocence, and boost our driver's scores.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I find that Samsara allows me to convert the distance into miles, a feature that our previous providers couldn't offer. This is really helpful since we calculate rates by miles in trucking, and it helps me see how many miles a driver has run for the week or month. Samsara is also one of the most recognizable tracking software in the industry and is relatively cheaper. Plus, the initial setup was pretty easy—not hard at all.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

When I have to get an ETA for a truck, I put the address in the destination, and it just gives us the time, not the total distance.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara tracks trucks and log book hours efficiently. I appreciate its ability to convert distance into miles, helping calculate trucking rates and monitor miles per driver.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

The products and software truly stand on their own. We've managed to enhance our fleet's safety in numerous ways, and our drivers really appreciate the app. Samsara's customer service is consistently excellent, with staff who are helpful, friendly, and always focused on finding solutions. Customer service is really good

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Not really a downside to Samsara. I have enjoyed using their software. Not really sure how to use the Agentic AI or what it is.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Safety with drivers specifically with awareness such as distracted driving, speed control, rolling stops and so forth. Whenever there is an incident such as a rolling stop the drivers want to know about it and want to see the video. They are never combative but wanting to do better. 
One of the reasons wee chose Samsara was the ability to monitor vehicle diagnostics and fuel management. I provide reports to the drivers each month and fuel consumption has gone down with safety being at the forefront as a result. Currently Samsara is working on expanding fuel efficiency readings to better help our fleet.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

Samsara is very user-friendly, which is something I really like. It integrates smoothly via API with Fleetio, which adds to its versatility. I appreciate that support is always available and prompt, which makes any necessary interactions easy to manage. Also, issues are very rare with Samsara, which reduces the hassle in operations. The factors that motivated us to switch to Samsara from Nextraq include the fair pricing, simplicity of installation, and ease of using the website. The initial setup was simple, with vehicle data input and equipment installation, and I found the installation process much easier compared to Nextraq.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I'd like to see a more visual option for reporting, like a breadcrumb trail for reports.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara helps us track fleet locations and vehicle statuses, provides safety reports, and detailed reports on trips, pickups, and stops.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I like Samsara's user-friendly and easy-to-use interface. The AI feature works extremely well, saving me time when finding or creating reports, and it makes them easy to tailor to my needs. Integrating with tools like Power BI for reporting and our fuel system effortlessly enhances its value. Additionally, Samsara offers better technology and formatting compared to what I previously used with Zonar. Once the initial installation on each unit is complete, the setup process is easy.

so many updates that you have to relearn where stuff is in the system sometimes.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara helps in showing when units are due for service/inspections and finding locations. Its user-friendly interface and efficient AI make it easy to create tailored reports, saving me time.

The support and customer service have been great from the start. The product has also helped us improve safety and reduce accidents with our vehicles. On top of that, the UI is very easy to use and straightforward to understand.

There aren't any specifics that I don't like about Samsara.

Samsara has helped us keep our drivers accountable, especially when it comes to distracted driving. It has also been valuable for documenting accidents that other vehicles might try to blame on us, since having video footage makes the situation much clearer.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I enjoy the all-in-one place aspect of Samsara because I don't have to run multiple programs to manage our logistics efficiently. It's very convenient to know exactly where a driver is for customer call-ins and efficient routing. The weather overlay on the map is a nice touch. I have my driver logs, GPS confirmation, and assets all there to edit and fix as needed per DOT regulations. The initial setup was fairly simple.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Occasionally the program doesn't allow me to add drive times to a specific driver from the Unassigned HOS Report page. There were a handful, maybe ten, of driving segments I would be unable to place on a driver.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Samsara to track our fleet's real-time locations and manage driver logs, making customer communication and routing efficient. I like having everything in one place for easy editing and compliance management.

I find Samsara easy to use, and it saves us a lot of trouble. The AI camera feature is great for tracking which driver is in which truck. The initial setup of Samsara was very easy, which I appreciated.

I think the video retention could be better; a longer video retention time would be helpful for us.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara helps with safety for our delivery fleet, showing what happened in case of damage during delivery. It's easy to use, saves us trouble, and the AI camera feature tracks which driver is in which truck.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

Easy to use and always functions when you open it. Hardly ever glitches or hangs up where you need to force close the app. ELD fuctions works flawlessly when truck is moving and not moving. Camera and the website to view incidents are easy to navigate through. we have been using this software for roughly 3 years and have had no issues or when we have, customer support is always there to help solve the problem.

would like to be able to have filters on the overview of vehicles. such as only see these 5 vehicles at once rather than all 100+ vehicles.

Knowing where vehicles are and how long they are spending at stops.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I find Samsara incredibly useful for its ELOG, cameras, and GPS functionalities. The diagnostics feature is great for our mechanics. It significantly improves time management by letting us locate our drivers at any moment. Switching from paper logs to electronic logs was surprisingly better than I expected, and accessing camera footage during incidents is a huge benefit for understanding and improving situations. I personally love the real-time view provided by the cameras and the weather feature. The logbook is helpful in keeping our drivers on track and addressing driver fatigue. The devices are easy to install, and the user-friendly transition from the old system was seamless, with minimal issues encountered by the drivers.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Support has gone away from more one-on-one to using, perhaps, too much AI. I like to talk to someone who can help me or understand right away. I like the personal one on one. When we use AI, it does feel cold and like you are just a number in the system. That being said, when I do get to talk to a human, it is difficult to understand them as English does not seem to be their 1st language. And the conversation is always cut short and they resort back to emailing, where sometimes it can be very difficult to relay an issue by email.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Samsara to locate drivers in real-time, manage time, and switch from paper to electronic logs. Its cameras help analyze incidents, improving safety. The logbook keeps drivers on track and reduces fatigue.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I use Samsara mainly to track our field engineers for installations and support work. It solves the confusion problem by showing exact arrival times, which previously relied on call logs and manual notes. I like this feature because it helps clarify billing issues as some projects rely on accurate onsite visit hours. The trip replay feature is one of my favorites, allowing me to visually understand full movements rather than just reading data. It gives a clearer picture, especially when an engineer visits two nearby clients in one trip. Trip replay has also saved me during internal reviews by visually showing discrepancies between reported and actual events, like when an engineer left and returned to the site for a spare part, clarifying what appeared as an overstay.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Filtering data can be a little rigid. If I want a very specific time window with certain vehicles only, I usually export and adjust in Excel. Inside Samsara, it works, but not always the exact way I want. I wish there was more flexible time filtering. Sometimes I don’t need full day data. I just want, say, 10:30 AM to 1:15 PM for only two engineers. Right now I can filter by date, but when I need very specific hours across selected vehicles, I usually export and clean it outside. It would help if that slicing was easier directly inside Samsara.

I like Samsara because it's easy to use and integrates everything into one platform. It combines ELD compliance, GPS tracking, safety cameras, maintenance, and reporting, making the management of operations much more efficient. I find the all-in-one system valuable because it reduces the need for separate platforms. The most vital aspects for our operations are ELD and compliance management, AI safety cameras, real-time GPS visibility, maintenance and DVIR automation, and centralized reporting. The initial setup was relatively straightforward. I decided to switch to Samsara for a more integrated solution, as managing separate systems before was time-consuming.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

So far, the only issues that have occurred are with driver adoption, some drivers need additional training to fully understand and properly use all features of the app, especially during the transition period.

I appreciate Samsara's accuracy, which is important to me. I find the time tracking and vehicle changing functions awesome because I know when a driver is changing their tractor. Initially, using Samsara was like handling all new software, but after a while, it became nice and easy.

Many times I type the name of employee in the search window and it is not coming up. All employees should be available during search process.

I am in customer service and need to be able to verify delivery status for our customers. The ability to log in and see where a truck is immediately is key. Also, when there are questions about delays I can see the video of any events my driver may encounter.

When calculating the weekly miles for drivers I need an easier way to view the total miles for each driver per week. It may be there is a function I haven't been trained on, but I usually have to go under reports and add up each day for a particular truck. It would be great to have a report that generates this.

Our company used Samsara when I was hired. As a large wholesale nursery I cannot imagine how trucks were tracked in the past. We are in a very time sensitive business delivering live plant material and the volume of deliveries requires being able to track and locate trucks easily.

I find the hardware of Samsara easy to install—just plug it into the OBD port without the need to cut wires or make holes. It doesn't require a dedicated installer, which makes it so convenient. The website is user-friendly and intuitive, which makes navigating it a breeze. The tools within Samsara work great and I experience very little downtime or interruptions. Also, I appreciate the quality of the reports it generates.

I find that the reports could be more visual instead of being in log form. Also, the tracking of past history could be improved, like showing a map with vehicle movements instead of just times and locations. It's hard to export or share this history via email because it doesn't display exact times of where a vehicle was.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

We have been a Samsara customer for about 4 years now. Their system was easy to learn and easy to set up. They offer customizable roles, permissions, and tagging features. Their vehicle gateway hardware has been close to 100% reliable, only a few failures in that time. Samsara offers a huge number of features and integrations with many different industry vendors (Fleetio, Comdata, WEX, Tenstreet, Dispatch Track, etc.). They offer support for customers who need an integration with less commonly known vendors as well. Their customer support has been excellent, especially their cable exchange program. We use their dashboard, and camera features on a daily basis. Samsara is always looking to add or enhance features. Just today, we met with our rep and got a new speed sign recognition feature and learned about some upcoming fuel management features. Overall, Samsara is a great company to work with and they care about customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Over the 4 years we've been with Samsara, we have had a few issues. The first batch of trailer tracking equipment we received was problematic. The gateways would stop pinging their locations and could not be reset. After some back and forth, Samsara replaced all of the older gateways with updated versions that have been far more reliable. Our accounting department does not like the way Samsara sends over invoices or how those invoices are structured. Some mileage reports will give different information between the reports, but it is normally a small difference. Samsara's activity/audit log is not user friendly at all.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara has solved the following problems:
1. Accurate Electronic Logging hardware/software - our previous provider was terrible in every sense
2. Mileage tracking and reporting - we went from 2 providers in various trucks to a single provider. This has streamlined our reporting
3. Reliable, intelligent cameras in trucks - We went from less than 50 cameras to cameras in nearly all of our equipment. The cameras allow us to coach bad behaviors, investigate complaints, and determine what happened in accidents. They've exonerated drivers who may have been held accountable for accidents.
4. Trailer tracking - we did not have any way of tracking the majority of our trailers prior to Samsara
5. Tracking vehicle utilization and making sure crews are on time
6. Preventing unauthorized vehicle usage

I like Samsara's creative workflows, the DVIRs, and the apps, including both the driver app and the fleet app, which make accessing the system easy even when I'm not at my desk. Samsara's recent updates have been amazing, and I really like the new integrations they've made. It also helps that Samsara runs competitions based on driving habits, which I think is a good thing as it ranks employees within the company and shows how they’re doing. Additionally, Samsara helps us keep track of our vehicles' locations and manage maintenance reminders like oil changes and tire rotations. It also enables us to provide coaching and feedback, create competitions among officers, and offer them visibility into what they're doing well and what could improve.

I would like to have more understanding of all of their privacy things. We do have some privacy buttons and different things, and I think that could be a little bit more tailored.

Custom reporting is lacking in so many ways. It’s nice to know that Samsara is willing to take our feedback, but they don’t do anything with it. Customer reporting could be an amazing tool, but it’s just not there yet.

Although I don't use every feature, I find Samsara to be very user-friendly. Managing vehicles is simple, and I appreciate being able to access footage from them when needed. The maps and proximity features are both accurate and helpful for the situations I deal with. Brought back the feature to download video again! Highly recommend 10/10.

Sometimes, when I open more than one tab to review two different fleets’ HOS at the same time (one fleet on each screen), the view gets mixed up. After I click into a driver and then use the back button, it changes so that both fleets end up showing together on the same page instead of staying separate. **What do you like best about Samsara?**

What I find most helpful is that when a driver breaks down on the highway, I can get their exact coordinates. That makes it much easier to locate them quickly and help get them back up and running. I also really appreciate being able to look up where my drivers and other equipment are at any time, which is extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I don’t really have any negatives. It does everything I need it to do, and more. At one point, I noticed a few roads and/or highways where the speed limit was inaccurate, but we were able to get that fixed fairly quickly.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara helps me provide up-to-date ETAs for when product will arrive at our stores. The images of different backhauls also help us give drivers more information, so they can get turned around less.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

We've used Samsara daily with zero issues. Implementation and integration were smooth, and customer service has been consistently helpful and responsive. The AI dashcams and video safety features give us great peace of mind, real-time GPS tracking is reliable and easy to use, and ELD/HOS logging is simple and straightforward — no headaches with compliance at all.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

The pricing structure works, but the cost itself could be lower given the market. My main gripe is price — Samsara is solid, but it comes at a premium compared to alternatives.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GPS tracking and HOS e-logs for our drivers. It's made tracking and compliance straightforward and reliable.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

It gives me instant ability to track equipment when needed. We recently has several devices stolen off of a D^ dozer and we were able to locate them and report to the police with 12 hours.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

It looks like a smaller tracking device has been introduced by Samsara at the ConExpo this year. I look forward to when it goes on sale to try it out.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The AT11 units are solving the difficult task of tracking down assets that are shared between job locations in the field and how long the assets are used at their location.
They are also a great security feature to be able to track stolen assets.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

It is definitely more user friendly in maintaining & monitoring our fleet's mileage than either the previously-used Verizon or Linxup. I also like Excel export format a lot better. Makes integration into our models easier.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

As we are a relatively new customer, I don't have any explicit complaints yet. One very little thing I've noticed is that right after logging in, there seems to be a lag of getting any of the menu options to take you to that option's page. It usually requires me reloading the page once or twice.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for an all-in-one platform to monitor our entire fleet across multiple business units which used different platforms. Samsara has allowed for a smooth transition to that, and the fuel usage monitoring is also very useful.

Our drivers’ performance has improved significantly, and the support and onboarding have been excellent as well.

the GPS Function is very accurate. The system is very user friendly as well

can be buggy at times. will kick you out and make you log back in periodically

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is imperative that i know where my drivers are at all times. the old way was map books and it was always a guess on where my fleet was at a given time. this helps me know where they are at all times. this helps me service my customers much more efficiently and effectively. It is also amazing at holding my drivers accountable and keeping them on task much better. The days of them lying about their whereabouts are over. when customers call to get status updates, i can fill them in accurately and efficiently.

I use Samsara for IFTA taxes and it helps with tracking fuel by state and by vehicle. I like its ease of use and the reports I can generate.
