We need to fit a delivery into a time window, say, 9AM to noon. Arriving at 10:30 is not late. It is within that time window. Arriving at 12:01 is late. Any Samsara-powered device that picks one up creates a ping, and then the system averages its location. Many times, it ends up showing a piece of equipment we own out in the middle of the river, which I believe is due to our tunnel system. The user interface is clean and I am glad they have a way to navigate through the menu with search. **What do you dislike about Samsara?** The user interface, while clean, is overcomplicated, and I often have to utilize the search feature to find common menu items such as billing. The reports are helpful, but not as customizable for someone like me who cannot use API. We have been able to integrate our fuel card data and compare that to the information on Samsara to prevent fraud. The web interface is easy to use and gives me all of the information I need in an easy to digest format.
