**What do you like best about Samsara?**

Best use of samsara to track the drivers safety and compliance as well there camera monitoring we can check if they are good or feeling drowsiness etc, Samsara ELD with live tracking of assets so we can see everything on a single dashboard. Dispatching drivers for load pickup and delivery and to provide the ETA for customers.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

On peek working hours sometime dashboard work slow. Also while we are using maintenance features also hard to train mechanics so many features also the customisation of role. We would like to use only for some users but when we are enabling the feature any one can use.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Live tracking of assets and sending detention email to customers for holding our assets for extra time.sending reports and dispatching of assets and providing eta to customers. Lease requirement of workforce no need to call drivers every time to ask eta its helping us to not to call drivers every time.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I like the Samsara user interface because it's fairly intuitive and offers a lot of capabilities for the drivers on the tablets in the trucks, enabling effective communication. Samsara does a very good job of ensuring timely communication with our drivers, dispatching loads effectively, and making sure our business runs successfully. The navigation feature is nice, and the key functionality we really utilize is the messaging back and forth to the drivers.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Sometimes there are network issues with Samsara, and it can be problematic from time to time. I realize this involves various networks and it's not necessarily Samsara's fault, but being cloud-based makes us depend on whoever is carrying the data. Occasionally, outages can occur that cause issues.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Samsara to communicate with drivers, dispatch loads, and track safety. It helps manage our fleet, ensuring timely and successful deliveries.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

Live tracking for assets and video retrieval of the video footage from last month and automatic uploading of video into cloud for future view , easy to UI interface for tracking the assets and dispatching the drivers as per availableility

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I don't like that there is a one minute delay in the broadcast and that I can only watch 5 minutes for free of each camera asset.I would like to be free or at least for the available time to be increased, as it help us with security and monitoring

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Samsara to control my vehicles, track drivers' hours of service, manage DVER performance, and check vehicle locations. The tracking feature is crucial, and I can easily pull reports quickly. Fuel efficiency is improved as idling issues are minimized.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

What i like best about Samsara is how easy it is to use.
The tracking is pretty accurate and i can see where the trucks are without wasting too much time. It helps alot with planning and updates. Sometimes it can be little slow  but overall it makes the job easier and saves us time everyday.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Sometimes the app gets slow or takes time to refresh specially when i need quick updates. Also few features feels like they need more clicks than necessary.
It works good most of the time but there is still room for improvement.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us keep track of our trucks and drivers in one place so its much easier to know whats going on without calling all the time.
It also helps with planning loads and giving updates faster.
Overall it saves time and makes daily work less stressful.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I appreciate Samsara for its ability to help correct issues and problems with my drivers and myself. It effectively indicates when there's a problem, such as cell phone use or inattentive driving, which helps address these issues throughout the day. Additionally, the introduction and transition to Samsara were seamless, with support from the Samsara team providing the necessary tools and information to make our operations proactive and productive.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I think the thing that doesn't work as well is the transitioning of the product to the driver and the driver understanding the benefit of what it can do for them.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Samsara for correcting driver issues, like inattentive driving. It helps make our drivers more efficient and effective, indicating problems such as cell phone use or other distractions to improve their driving and work professionalism.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

User-friendly, with ongoing improvements. It gives me everything I need in an ELD, along with safety and preventive measures I can use to cut down on safety issues.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

One thing that would be nice is the ability to toggle between the driver’s daily log and the breadcrumb trail on the map. For example, if I have a driver using Personal Conveyance on his log, it would be helpful to switch to the map so I can see where he is, and also pull up the camera view.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

pointing out poor driving habits, such as following too closely, speeding, etc, etc, then giving me the tools to coach, educate, and show the driver how to change those behaviors.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

The positioning data of trucks if very up to date so we can see where guys are at live without any delays. This is absolutely crucial data to have real time.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Mouse wheeling or clicking the +/- to zoom in and out on the map rapidly will cause the reverse desired affect because the location of the button on screen move. What this does when you are trying to zoom in or out very quickly is cause the opposite input to be selected. So you mouse wheel fast to get a large zoom out but in doing that you'll get a zoom IN input and so it'll start to zoom out then zoom in slightly. This is quite frustrating and causes you to slow down you clicks or mouse wheels to stop the reverse input from being selected.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to see where our drivers are live lets us accurately and actively avoid potential traffic that will hinder the driver or hazards. In addition, if there is a breakdown we can pinpoint the location of our driver. Also the safety calculations and video really help to identify problem behaviors that need addressing.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I like that Samsara allows me to track everything live and get the hours of service instantly. It's very precise. And also let me know about many aspects related to the truck

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I've noticed that Samsara isn't working as well as it used to, especially with live tracking. Up until about six months ago, everything was pretty smooth, but now it's a struggle. The system tends to hang a lot when I'm updating trips, like entering truck or trailer numbers, and it takes a long time to load. Once I log into Samsara, it takes a while to show the unit number, and it doesn't take the input instantly. This slow performance has definitely ruined the experience lately. Previously, it was much better.

I use Samsara for live tracking and trip updates. I like that it allows me to track everything live and get precise hours of service instantly.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I like that the guys can see any driving infractions at the end of their shift and review it. I also like the camera systems because, in the event of an accident, we can view footage to see clearly who was in the right or if something our driver did caused the accident. The units are fairly easy to set up in new vehicles.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

My crews have some issues with the prechecks, it often signs them out of Samsara and they have to restart. Not sure how, but making it so that they don't have to redo prechecks would be helpful.

Samsara helps keep our drivers safe, captures hazardous driving, provides clear evidence for incidents, and allows our team to review driving infractions at the end of their shifts.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

Before, I had to go out and physically pull a hard drive from the buses. Now I can access everything on all the buses from my computer, quickly and easily. It honestly makes me feel like Steven Spielberg editing tapes—it's that fun. Can you believe they pay me to do this?

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I’ve gotten to know all the intersections in town that look like they have stop signs. I just wish there were a way to mark specific intersections that I know don’t actually have stop signs, so I don’t keep second-guessing myself.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous system only captured events under very narrow conditions, and even then it would record only the event itself. With Samsara, I can pull up just about anything after the fact.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

It's an all in one hub! We use GPS, COACHING, ACCESS TO REPORTS, FUEL METRICS, IDLING METRICS, it's great.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I do not like the latest update. As a trucking company, we use the trips section A LOT and it is now in a tiny window and not easily accessable. It is not user friendly and confusing to get to. It used to be easy and in a large window. 
I also do not like the new message update. We used to be ablet to see all of the messages that came in and out of our fleet but now we are extremly limited to the automated messages that come over via administration. It is NOT GOOD. We need access to all company correspondence so that we can make sure communications aren't coming from several folks and sometimes we need to fill in for other folks and check messages for other locations.

Solving trailer detentions, driver locations, etc: VISUAL on our drivers at all times is the name of the game!

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

The Safety features. Using them we have made incredible improvements in our safety program. The user interface is very easy to use. Being able to track trucks in live time as well as get dash cam footage.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Integrations. We are trying to get our drivers on the app, but are unable to pre-trip our attached Princeton forklifts as forklifts. If we simply have drivers select two trailers it will cause too much confusion. We also need the defects to integrate with Fleetio.

Unsafe driving. The alerts and safety score allow us to monitor all of our driving and correct it.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I like how easy it is to find guys when they're on the road with Samsara. I also find the safety app valuable for checking driver scores to see who's doing the right things and driving safely. The GPS feature is especially useful as it lets me see where everybody is. Plus, I can check everybody's hours of service, which is really handy. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty good because they gave us good PowerPoints and told us what to do.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Maybe access to the pre trips and post trips could be improved, or there could be an easier way to get to them.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Samsara to easily track where all the guys are when they're out driving. The GPS feature helps me see their locations, and the safety app lets me monitor driver scores and hours of service.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I like being able to immediately see what’s going on with our fleet at a moment’s notice. The cameras are hardwired, which helps prevent employees from unplugging them or tampering with them. I also appreciate the remote access to video footage, so I don’t have to physically pull a memory card to review it.
I don't know how this survey is calculating the star review, but it is showing as a 3 out of 5. I would actually put it at a 4 or 4.5 out of 5 stars. It is a really good product despite some of the minor flaws that I personally have experienced which would not be necessarily true for others.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Sometimes it takes far too long for a video file to be retrieved after I request it. There have been times when I request a series of videos and, even 8 hours later, it still hasn’t connected to the camera to start the upload. For time-sensitive situations, that delay is really frustrating. The audio alerts are also pretty overbearing. I understand this is a feature controlled by our administration, but I still think the sensors for things like harsh braking, lane departure, and railroad crossing violations need a lot of work, because they seem to trigger for no reason. Lastly, some of our cameras do not have the ability to live-look in despite the fact we calibrate all of our fleet to the same standard protocols, why are some able to and others don't give me that option?

This helps us hold employees accountable during their shifts. It also lets us track our fleet and spot issues early, before they turn into major problems.

Mainly for engine diagnostics and fault alerts it flag issues like engine code. And the performance very good ot give update on time also very helpful In live tracking of assets. UI interface very easy to use even for normal users

Cost is bit high as compared other platforms and as team if any truck had a accident we wouldn’t be able to pull out this videos

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I love the personal experience Samsara creates with the drivers and the difference it makes in the safety of our fleet. I enjoy the new AI features and driver report cards. The AI features add a new layer of driver coaching, allowing us to hone our edge before real sessions begin. Additionally, the newer weather features are great as they allow us to see weather that's affecting our drivers and act accordingly.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I find the device health report page hard to access. It should be more accessible. The new dashboard needs some tweaking to increase my score.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara helps us maintain a safer fleet, reduces safety incidents, and protects us when a driver errs. The AI features enhance driver coaching, and weather features allow us to act on weather impacting our drivers.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I love the cameras inside and outside of the vehicles. I also like that I was able to get an API key to link our vehicle tracking to our job costing software. The support is helpful and quick to respond. We haven't had any issues with the performance of the products no failures yet.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

The consistent pricing increases are annoying as no new services to us have really been added just UI upgrades and a AI assistant that doesn't do much. When we ask to make custom reports the AI assistant struggles. Some of the menus are also not very intuitive when you are trying to find things I usually have to google where everything is to save time.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps when we get into an accident having all the data of exactly what happened along with the camera feeds. this greatly speeds up getting claims processed as they cannot dispute video. Also helps with our driver safety and allowing us to see how safe each driver is being on the road and letting us use it as a teaching moment for everyone.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I like how Samsara provides real-time visibility and simplifies fleet management through one centralized platform. These features help us work more efficiently by giving us real-time insights and a single source of truth, which improves decision-making, communication, and overall fleet performance. Samsara complements our existing systems by providing real-time fleet and safety data that support dispatch decisions, reporting compliance, and customer updates. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, with core features easy to configure, and onboarding resources and support helped us get up and running without major issues.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Most features work well though improving ease of customization and providing more guided training for advanced tool would enhance the overall experience. Customization would benefit from intuitive no code configuration options and guided training could be enhanced with in app walkthroughs feature tutorials and role based learning paths for advanced tools.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I use Samsara mostly for log compliance, and I find the cameras very effective for protecting our drivers and assets. The fault code feature is a great tool for our mechanics to understand vehicle issues, especially when they're on the road. I find navigating Samsara pretty simple, and if I ever need help, the AI assistant is fantastic. It's really helpful when I have compliance questions as it gives me accurate answers to relay to the drivers. The switch to Samsara has been beneficial because it provides us with video and a better working system.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I know it is complex but better finding and retrieving of video. Sometimes we have a rough estimate of when an event happens and I end up retrieving multiple videos to narrow it down to what I want.

I use Samsara for log compliance and the cameras help protect our drivers and assets. The fault codes assist our mechanics with vehicle diagnostics. The AI assistant answers compliance questions effectively, allowing me to provide accurate information to drivers.

What I find most impressive about Samsara is its ease of use combined with the depth of real-time information it provides. The biggest drawback is the cost, especially for smaller or growing fleets where budget is always a concern. Some advanced features are only available with higher-tier plans, which can limit flexibility. Also, at the beginning, the amount of data and reporting options can feel overwhelming until you spend time customizing the platform to match your operational needs.

As a construction company, we rely on Samsara to address significant challenges related to fleet visibility, coordination, and accountability. The real-time GPS tracking feature enables us to pinpoint the exact locations of our vehicles and equipment, which minimizes miscommunication and saves the time we would otherwise spend contacting drivers or site supervisors. I like how it has so many different uses and how they have integrated different AI tools to help us out with maintenance and vehicle inspections , and this helps us with the performance of our coworkers and for us to provide better support to our drivers

Sometimes it has some lag and the pricing is high but its definitely an every day tool we use

I appreciate the live feed and how quickly it updates, providing a real-time GPS that helps inform the customer of an order on the way and ensures a smooth process for unloading the truck. The live feed also alerts me to potential traffic on the route, weather conditions like rain, and assists in navigating the driver to the right area. The initial setup for Samsara was very easy, even our older driver who isn't tech-savvy was able to set everything up and understand it.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Some of the dash cams seem to trigger false positives, which turns into a whole ordeal with the driver having to explain themselves to the team back at the warehouse. Sometimes there are hiccups with data accuracy, and the locations are sometimes a little off. But more often than not it is spot on.

Samsara gives me real-time updates on driver locations and delivery times, helping inform customers and ensure smooth unloading. The live feed helps navigate drivers by alerting to traffic or weather issues.

It's very hard to review past footage based on complaints from our customers that come in 6-12 days later. This is the biggest pain point. I wish there was an option for use cases like us who need to be able to go back and watch 40-minute segments up to 12 days old.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I like how the AI focuses on certain aspects whilst driving and notifies the driver of their faults as they happen. I also like how the application makes it easy to review every infraction that comes in. The AI seems to catch drowsiness easily, and it also catches someone on their phone immediately. It catches speeding at a good pace, which is beneficial for us. The initial setup of Samsara was extremely easy initially, and even easier now with experience.

I think Samsara's AI for speeding could be a little better, seems to only ding when they are about 12-15mph over the posted speed limit.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I find that Samsara allows me to convert the distance into miles, a feature that our previous providers couldn't offer. This is really helpful since we calculate rates by miles in trucking, and it helps me see how many miles a driver has run for the week or month. Samsara is also one of the most recognizable tracking software in the industry and is relatively cheaper. Plus, the initial setup was pretty easy—not hard at all.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

When I have to get an ETA for a truck, I put the address in the destination, and it just gives us the time, not the total distance.

Samsara tracks trucks and log book hours efficiently. I appreciate its ability to convert distance into miles, helping calculate trucking rates and monitor miles per driver.

For day-to-day use, this is much better for our drivers than Peoplenet. The ETAs to each location help us a lot with planning ahead and keeping our locations informed. The logs are easier to work with than peoplenet in editing and looking at.

The break status for 30 minute breaks we are having issues with it. The drivers turn on the ignitions and it clicks over to drive. Having 10 hour breaks put into the ETA

It has solved the issues we were having with Peoplenet. We couldn’t get any real customer service help from Peoplenet, but Samsara’s customer service has been great—responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed it If we need help AI is also a great tool Samsara has to find answers .

Samsara is the most helpful for our company to know real time location on our assigned assets. We have multiple set ups and being able to label with specific names or models gives us the accurate and current location.

The downside of Samsara is the online/computer version. After activating a serial number for a asset, you have to go back to the dashboard and re-input all the information back in just to pull up the information on settings to rename the device or asset.

Samsara is helping me solve which assets or devices are making unwanted stops in the morning time. We like our guys to get out of the shop and head straight to the job and we are able to put fences around certain areas like gas stations and we are notified if they go into those areas. The nudge sound is distracting to the drivers. The AI is slow to learn. The mistakes the AI makes regarding Stop signs, caution signs, fire hydrants, detour signs. The AI following distance is often incorrect. The severe speeding notices are often reading the adjacent roads speed limits.

Samsara does make it simpler to pull video, track the route a driver took, and have vehicle information all in one place. These were all things we could do before, but it has become much more convenient.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

Samsara’s camera system is what I like best. You can set the requirements based on what your company needs to monitor, and the system also monitors the cameras for you. Being able to use the safety inbox to review different flags is immensely helpful. We can quickly see what drivers are struggling to comply with, send them the snapshot videos, and have a conversation about how to correct it. Every snapshot still needs to be reviewed because AI can make mistakes, but having a clear list of events to review is much easier than going through hours of footage.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Our company has pilot cars that we use to escort some of our loads. Because their role is different from our drivers, we need the settings on the pickups to be different from the tractors.

I was struggling to change a setting, so I called support. I was told they couldn’t change it because the settings had to be the same as the tractors. I knew that wasn’t right, because our previous manager who oversaw Samsara had the settings set up differently for the tractor versus the pilot car. I went back into the settings and tried again, and I contacted support one more time, but I got the same response.

Later, our company’s Samsara representative reached out to check in. I explained the issue, and she solved it right away. I dislike how confusing the settings can be, and I also didn’t like being told by customer support that changing the settings wasn’t possible when our Samsara rep was able to fix it immediately.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara’s tracking and cameras have been benefiting our company by helping us know where our drivers are and how they’re doing on the road. Being able to use the camera system to review footage from both inside and outside the vehicle is a huge help when an incident occurs. The cameras and tracking have also made it possible for us to show that multiple incidents were not our fault, either because we were following the law or because we weren’t in the area when the incident happened. Having the ability to quickly pull up evidence that we’re not at fault is valuable not only for our DOT Safety Rating, but also for our insurance premiums.

I like how easy it is to handle my quarterly IFTA and keep track of my equipment.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

The sensitivity of the driver app is a big issue for me. It keeps picking up my drivers’ movement after they’ve clocked out and headed home. It’s also overly sensitive with harsh stops, speeding for a minute and 11 seconds, and “following too closely.”

Another frustration is navigation in the app: when I’m trying to find something and have four pages to go through, it will suddenly revert back to page 1. The reports are also a problem. The timesheet report doesn’t separate the date and time, so I have to add two columns and then hand-enter the time rounded to the closest 15-minute intervals.

And when I have an issue and need help, I seem to get a different person almost every time. They usually don’t read my original complaint or issue and instead just send more videos or articles for me to read. I’m a safety manager, not an IT person. I don’t care about the extra material—just fix it.

We’re a small trucking company, and we don’t run ELDs. We don’t care about ELDs. Changes keep getting made to the driver app without any notice, and it causes a flurry of phone calls that I can’t do anything about.

I like the telematics data paired with the video in Samsara. Being able to see the map, speed, throttle, and brake positioning helps to clarify a lot. When I have a driver flagged for a harsh brake or turn, I can confirm or deny it based on those metrics. This means if someone is hit for a harsh turn but they're off the accelerator, following the turn with traffic, and the G-force reading is reasonable, I can give them those points back. I also found the initial setup of Samsara to be fairly easy, especially on newer tractors.

I don't like the speed of video retrieval and the lag in viewing videos that have already been retrieved.

There was definitely a learning curve at the beginning, especially for teams transitioning from older or less advanced systems.

I think Samsara has cool features like signing in, the dual dash cam, and how it alerts you in real time. It helps by recording every near miss and teaches me if I'm too close to another vehicle or speeding. The initial setup was easy, as I did most of the installs on our company vehicles myself.

I just wished there was an easier way to sign in when I go to drive. Also, if I leave the truck running while parked for a while it signs me out, which is annoying. The sign-in feature will alert that I'm too close when I have plenty of space between me and another vehicle.

I use Samsara as a support tool in my work tasks, specifically in driving and fuel performance measurement. I'm pretty sure that we could adjust the routes, like putting something together or moving something to another day, and figure out something that could work. We always know about changes a week in advance, which helps to plan. I feel like Samsara's gonna assist with our production numbers. It seems like sometimes the day's work is under seven hours, and the drivers are still coming back at the same time, so it's kind of a double win for us.

When I'm doing the option where I get to follow the driver's route, I can't rewind it or fast forward it. Maybe a rewind option would help.

I use Samsara mainly to track our field engineers for installations and support work. It solves the confusion problem by showing exact arrival times, which previously relied on call logs and manual notes. I like this feature because it helps clarify billing issues as some projects rely on accurate onsite visit hours. The trip replay feature is one of my favorites, allowing me to visually understand full movements rather than just reading data. It gives a clearer picture, especially when an engineer visits two nearby clients in one trip. Trip replay has also saved me during internal reviews by visually showing discrepancies between reported and actual events, like when an engineer left and returned to the site for a spare part, clarifying what appeared as an overstay.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Filtering data can be a little rigid. If I want a very specific time window with certain vehicles only, I usually export and adjust in Excel. Inside Samsara, it works, but not always the exact way I want. I wish there was more flexible time filtering. Sometimes I don’t need full day data. I just want, say, 10:30 AM to 1:15 PM for only two engineers. Right now I can filter by date, but when I need very specific hours across selected vehicles, I usually export and clean it outside. It would help if that slicing was easier directly inside Samsara.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

Being able to review real time footage of drivers for safety purposes is key.  While the detection isn't always accurate through AI it offers opportunity for review and discussion.  Being able to coach through visuals is a helpful tool for both operations, safety, insurance benefits, and drivers.  The reporting aspect is helpful for meetings providing opportunities for correction/coaching. Samsara is forever evolving and allows for feedback which we appreciate as a business.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

the constant notifications/emails to safety.  AI isn't always accurate.  The drivers do not like that it's always talking to them and find the voice feature distracting.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying safety concerns and repeat events.  Provides opportunity for discussion and improvement.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

My favorite part of Samsara is the ability to generate and download live video information.  In my position, I am in need of video footage for training purposes.  Samsara's functionalities allow for company specific footage unique for our company.  Samsara sped up my acquisition and utilization of those videos.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

I feel that the storage duration for video records could be improved to better meet my needs. While this might not align with the typical use cases for Samsara, having extended storage would have been extremely helpful for me. There was a time when I needed footage of specific weather conditions, but I was unable to access it because too much time had passed before I realized I needed the content.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The video acquisition feature works as expected.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I like using Samsara for live share tracking, which is a big plus for managing our truck fleet. The diagnostics and history maintenance features are also really useful because they help us know when to do preventative maintenance. This capability lets us plan loading and unloading effectively and decide when the truck should be sent to the shop. The setup of Samsara was simple and didn't require special knowledge, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

In live share, I'd like to have multiple stops, not just one. Sometimes it freezes, possibly because it's based on a cloud platform. I have to check the info in a tab already opened, and when trying to open a new one, it takes some time or doesn't open at all.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara ensures on-time arrivals for pickups and deliveries, enables effective planning for maintenance, loading, and unloading, and provides live tracking, diagnostics, and history maintenance.

**What do you like best about Samsara?**

I really appreciate the tracking capabilities of Samsara. I'm able to see where my team is working and track them down so I can go see them, which is really useful for me.

**What do you dislike about Samsara?**

Probably my personal experience with the cameras in the car. Sometimes it's very touchy, and some things have bugs that will call us out even though it doesn't work quite as well, such as the seat belt alert. They say it's set at 10 miles an hour where you're supposed to have your seat belt on after 10 miles an hour, but sometimes it goes off before then.

**What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samsara helps me track where my team is working and manage their daily inspections. It's a great tool for these purposes.
