Sammy is AI estimating, proposal and invoicing software for tradespeople and builders in Australia and New Zealand. Describe a job by typing, talking, or uploading site photos and video, and Sammy builds an itemised, priced estimate in minutes from your own labour rates, kits and supplier price lists. Ask Sammy in plain English to change it ("add a second bathroom") and the estimate updates line by line. When it's right, send it as a branded digital proposal your client can accept and sign online, with automatic follow-ups if they go quiet. Won work becomes a Job with variations, progress claims, a job card for your crew and a running tally of what the job actually cost. Invoices go out with automatic payment reminders and sync to Xero. Sammy also pushes estimates to Simpro, ServiceM8, Ascora and Fergus, supports teams, and runs on web, iPhone and Android. Built in Melbourne by a working tradie and a software engineer.
