He was very personable and professional as he worked with me through various glitches in the renewal of my subscription, including compassionately pausing the process while I took time to be with family after the passing of my mother. The only challenge I had was figuring out how advertising could work without a Facebook ad account. My FB account is blocked with no solution and although the content shows a lot on FB ads. How easy it was to follow the steps. The program is broken up into short 20 minute sessions and in each session, 1 subject is handled. That made it very easy to follow, easy to do the steps every day over a 2 week period and be successful. I have done several courses like this and was never as far ahead as I am now with this program. I am very excited that I can have something ready to sell in a few days. Before, I did spend thousands of EUROs for landing pages, sales funnel & copywriting - literally not required! The tool itself is super straightforward and accessible. Some aspects of the one-page templates have been challenging to use. For example, after selecting a template, it is hard to change it to another one. I had had to start over because the new template, although chosen successfully, was not loading when I went to edit it in design mode, as the old one was still being displayed.
