As a trucking company with 30 years of experience, we were initially excited about their promised integration into our hiring process. That excitement quickly turned to frustration. Their email-only support is a nightmare—forget calling anyone for help, you’re stuck waiting days, sometimes a week, for a response. In our entire time with them, we’ve had only one MVR run smoothly. Their billing process is an absolute mess, and the customer service is practically nonexistent. Resolving issues is nearly impossible due to the endless, slow email back-and-forth. For a company that depends on timely and accurate MVRs, SambaSafety’s unreliability is a dealbreaker. We strongly advise against using them, no matter how well they claim to integrate with your hiring network. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. **What problems is SambaSafety solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have not resolved anything. ### 2. Results are mostly instant. **What do you dislike about SambaSafety?** Their made up fees. The latest is a fee to pay? A “check and network fee” of 25.00 each. "We have the right to increase prices by 5% with the consumer price index" Consumer? Huh? **What problems is SambaSafety solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fleet tracking is the only option offered on this review page.
