The platform has everything you need to manage an event - from ticketing to landing page creation and automated communication. In addition, the customer support was nothing short of incredible. I work with a lot of vendors and partners. Most respond to messages after days while some don't even care to respond. However, the Samaaro team stood out with an almost instant response, helping us navigate the tool's usage without any challenges. **What do you dislike about Samaaro?** The tool is built with a well-thought out process. However, I felt the UI could be a bit better. **What problems is Samaaro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Samaaro reduces the time required to manage the tech behind an event. If you were to do it manually, you will have to custom design a landing page and set up email automation on your marketing automation platform (including registration confirmation and reminders). Tracking the source of event registrations also becomes difficult. Samaaro solves these problems by helping you build a landing page with all the necessary elements (like speakers, agenda, date & time, venue, countdown timer, etc), easily manage ticket & registration, and offering an easy QR-based check-in process. ## Samaaro Discussions -
