What do you like best about Sama?

Sama is a very scalable solution. We can add and remove resources with short notice and complete large amounts of manual, digital work quicker and at a lower cost than with any other vendor.

What do you dislike about Sama?

The type of work we send to Sama is not the typical AI work they do for most companies. Thus, Sama's expertise regarding our specific digital marketing needs is not that of a traditional digital marketing agency. What problems is Sama solving and how is that benefiting you?

We complete a lot of digital auditing and repetitive, manual, digital work with Sama. As the volume of work significantly varies throughout the year, we have benefitted considerably from the short lead times to add and remove resources.
