**What do you like best about EASE?**

I like being able to login to Ease and see all of my benefits in one place. Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance, HSA/FSA's, EAP's, and other benefits like Basic Life, AD&D as well as short and long-term disability.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

The only thing that I wish was in Ease that is not currently is information about my 401k. That very well may have been my employers decision though since we need to log into another platform for that.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to log in once and see all of my benefits in one place. There are also links and supporting documentation if I would like more information about any of my benefits.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

Simple, clean UI and quick access to necessary information. Very easy to organize and set up so individuals can be successful the first time.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

I can't think of any downsides! I have really encountered any.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My department is responsible for new hire onboarding and getting new employees set up quickly, easily, so they can focus on other things specific to their job title and EASE plays a crucial role and getting that set up.
