Salvoro is salon and spa management software built for the Indian market. It runs the full operating cycle of a salon, spa or wellness studio in one system: appointment booking, point-of-sale billing, customer records, memberships and loyalty, inventory, staff management and reporting. Billing is GST-native. Invoices are generated with correct CGST, SGST and IGST treatment and HSN/SAC codes, so salons stay compliant without maintaining a separate accounting workaround. Every invoice acts as the system’s source of truth — membership balances, discounts and loyalty points adjust automatically when an invoice is edited or cancelled, which keeps financial records and customer balances in agreement. Scheduling runs on a resource-based engine that accounts for staff availability alongside rooms, chairs and equipment, so double-booking of shared resources is prevented rather than caught after the fact. A public booking widget lets customers book directly from a salon’s website, Instagram profile or Google listing. Customer communication is WhatsApp-first, matching how Indian salon customers actually engage. Appointment reminders, birthday offers, post-visit feedback requests, service follow-ups and win-back campaigns for lapsed clients run automatically. Salvoro supports prepaid memberships, service packages, coupons and points-based loyalty, with every transaction recorded on an auditable ledger. Staff management covers attendance, commission calculation, payroll and role-based access, plus a self-service portal where staff view their own schedules, sales and earned commissions. For multi-location businesses, Salvoro operates in Company Mode for consolidated reporting across branches, or Branch Mode where each location overrides its own catalog, pricing, staff and settings. Customer records can stay branch-specific or be shared across the group. Salvoro is designed for independent salons, spas and multi-branch chains in India. Pricing starts at ₹800 per month per branch, with additional branches at ₹500 per month, and includes a 30-day free trial.
