The customer service is exceptional. Training sessions are offered regularly, as the program is continuously being improved. I have not had any experience with competitors at this time. Perhaps implement a notification for when updates are occurring. Things that could be improved on: more in-depth training: having the primary contact create a form and receive feedback. I enjoy the asset feature where I can track all of my equipment, vehicle, fire, and other inspections. I'm alerted when there is a deficiency, and the photos are a huge help too. This has allowed them to submit their daily, weekly, monthly forms at any time while on site. Especially with Covid, it lowers the need to interact face to face.
