However during purchase the representative talked about full refund if needed and then backed out when I asked for it as my onboarding itself is not complete after 2 months. - I had to manually port all the data from old software to Salonist. This was cumbersome as I had to write my own python scripts to transform data to their format. - Additionally, the workaround provided for importing my old customers from my previous software was flagged as problematic by my accountant. - Instead of trying to understand my approach to incentive calculation and offering a suitable solution, they expect me to change my business process to fit their system. - The booking reminders and invoice stopped getting delivered after sometime and now they want me to integrate a third party solution if I want reliability.
