**What do you like best about Saleswings?**

I like that the platform is easy to set up and has a friendly learning curve. The documentation includes clear examples, and the SalesWings team is very responsive, which makes the onboarding feel well supported. It also helps turn digital behavior into useful signals and scores that improve alignment between Marketing and Sales in Salesforce.

Some of the more advanced configurations take a bit more time and require a clear scoring model upfront to get the most out of them.

SalesWings helps us get better visibility into how users actually interact with our digital channels. Instead of relying only on form submissions, we can see real engagement and use that behavior to identify which leads show genuine interest. This has helped our Marketing and Sales teams stay more aligned, prioritize leads more effectively in Salesforce, and make follow-ups more relevant.

**What do you like best about Saleswings?**

As a marketer, I like that SalesWings turns web and campaign engagement into real insights. It’s helped our Fostering Advisor team prioritise follow-up using clearer lead signals, and we’ve seen steady conversion improvement over the last six months, which we partly attribute to SalesWings’ prioritisation. We have also used the data to make smarter spend decisions, for example, spotting an ad set that drove lots of enquiries but converted poorly, and then reallocating budget to better-performing activity.

**What do you dislike about Saleswings?**

There’s some upfront setup to align scoring and reporting with your internal process. Once configured, it’s easy to use day-to-day.

**What problems is Saleswings solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s been helping us connect campaign performance to lead quality and outcomes inside Salesforce, so we can optimise our messaging and budget with confidence. It’s also improved lead screening by highlighting key disqualifiers earlier, which makes our qualification process more consistent and efficient.

Saleswings gives us the opportunity to interact with our customers and potential customers "in real time". We have the opportunity to communicate the right message, at the right time in relation to the customer's buying journey

Not much really however you need to have a dedicated team/person to secure implementation and daily usage.

Saleswings has been a decisive parameter in terms of lead scoring and micro-segmentation. It allows us to "score" our users based on interactions and conversions. This means we can communicate specifically on electric models if the user's tags/score indicate a clear interest in one or more models with that drivetrain

**What do you like best about Saleswings?**

Saleswings has revolutionised our top-of-funnel visibility, allowing us to connect touches from all channels directly into our CRM. Not only does it provide the business with lead insights that inform and direct our commercial team's outreach; we are now more able to prioritise our marketing spend and visualise revenue attribution in real time. All of which connects the dots between our marketing, commercial and finance teams. I would also like to personally give a shout out to the Head of Customer Success, Pauline Terrell, who was nothing short of a superstar during our trial period and continues to be a source of inspiration and constant support during our Saleswings journey.

**What do you dislike about Saleswings?**

As we are only 2 months into our partnership with Saleswings, and many more capabilities of the platform are still being trialed and implemented, there is nothing I can point to as a negative at this point whatsoever!

**What problems is Saleswings solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Saleswings we were bringing in a considerable number of leads considering our company size, however we were unable to score leads based on how they interacted with our website. On top of this, we were unable to identify our lead sources with an acceptable degree of accuracy. Saleswings has given us the ability to tie closed won revenue directly back to the marketing channels and even web-related content from which the revenue in question was originally derived.

What I value most about Saleswings is its user-friendly interface combined with its exceptional analytical capabilities. - Very easy to implement and with a customer success team that listens and supports you at every step
- Within the marketing team, a daily use that allows us to better understand the behavior of our users on the site and adapt our campaigns
- And obviously very easy to use to adjust the tool's settings (creation of pop-ups, tags, scoring, etc.)

I recommend the tool to all sales and marketing teams who need to better understand their customers to sell better, detect weak signals to re-engage cold leads, and allow hot leads to move faster in their conversion journey.

5 stars for this tool that has become indispensable for us!

Nothing unnecessary at Saleswings, the product is really well built and perfectly meets our expectations. We always want to go further, so one regret: not having the native ability to implement a marketing attribution model for each lead by weighting the acquisition channels. But I am hopeful that it will happen and Saleswings has still offered us a workaround solution 💪

**What problems is Saleswings solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had little visibility on the behavior of our users on the site. Thanks to Saleswings, we derive behavioral trends, but we are also able to understand the precise journey of a lead. We adapt our marketing campaigns. And we provide essential information to the salesperson to have the best approach with their prospect!

**What do you like best about Saleswings?**

It's ability to integrate to anything, the simplicity of it's configuration. It records everything from the moment you connect it, so everything you change is retroactive. Their support team is very nice and helpful. It integrates well into Salesforce CRM so your sales team can have access to the most important, filtered information about your prospects, and to Marketing Automation Tools like Marketing Cloud Engagement to use that tagging and scoring data to power up customer journeys and make decisions. After the training sessions, it's very easy to use and maintain.

**What do you dislike about Saleswings?**

Not being able to view statistics about tagging of anonymous website visitors until they do an identifiable action, I understand why, but it'd be useful to view statistics instead of individual data at this point.

**What problems is Saleswings solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our client's MQL handling to sales teams was troublesome, it wasn't possible to understand the intentions of prospects when they arrived to their website, and have more information on prospects from their internal database, forcing them to contact everyone they could, instead of having a more complex solution to tag prospects intentions and score them accordingly to handle a better lead to sales.

With Saleswings our client's sales team is seeing better results both on the Cockpit and the Salesforce CRM dashboards and layouts. They're better equipped with insightful data to take better decisions on who to call and who to attend first, and who not to.

This also means we can send better customer journeys from Marketing Cloud, having access to all the tagging and scoring inside the customer journeys.

SalesWings helped us prioritize our lead management efforts thanks to its smart scoring features. The platform makes it easy to identify high-intent leads and take timely action. One of the biggest highlights was the onboarding and training: clear, practical, and tailored to our needs. After the sessions, we felt confident in using all of the product’s capabilities, from tagging to integrations.

I have used Saleswings with my team. The Customer Success Team as well as the Sales Team is amazing. We have built our entire lead scoring and behavioral segmenting data and they have been amazing at recommending best practices, following up and training my team. I definitely recommend this tool for anyone wanting to take their data above and beyond and using behavioral data to boost their scoring and segmenting capabilities.

The SalesWings tool itself is pretty straightforward and easy to use, while providing powerful insights to improve marketing and sales initiatives. 10/10 for their personalized support and customer success team. SalesWings has provided some of the best implementation support I've ever experienced in my 12 years in tech. They are right by your side helping to troubleshoot issues and provide meaningful guidance to help you meet your goals with the tools.

**What do you dislike about Saleswings?**

There's not a lot that we dislike, to be honest. If I'm nitpicking, I would  say that the filtering could be more fine-tuned in the cockpit, making it easier to filter out some tags from view or more intuitive to search for specific accounts.

**What problems is Saleswings solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesWings is helping us get a better understanding into our customer behaviors and challenges that they may encounter. It's also providing us with opportunities to personalize our outreach and better engage with the interests of our leads, by integrating with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.

SalesWings provides its 'Cockpit' feature for tracking online behavioral data, while its integration with Salesforce allows us to incorporate demographic data directly from Salesforce records. This combined approach provides us with richer insights, enabling us to identify high-intent buyers more effectively using reliable data from both user activity and their Salesforce profile.

Saleswings offers unique functionality that’s hard to find elsewhere, making lead tracking and scoring a seamless experience. The real standout is their personalized support – the team is incredibly responsive and truly invested in helping us optimize the tool for our needs. Their guidance made setup easy and allowed us to quickly get the most out of the platform, resulting in more targeted, effective sales and marketing efforts.

**What do you dislike about Saleswings?**

The UI could use some improvements, particularly on the tag manager and score manager pages. Once you implement 20+ tags or scores, it starts to feel a bit cluttered, and there’s currently no option to organize them into groups or categories. That said, Saleswings is a relatively new software and is constantly evolving, so I’m optimistic these issues will be addressed in future updates.

Saleswings has significantly improved our ability to prioritize leads by providing real-time insights into user behavior and engagement. Easy set up and implementation, seamless integration with Marketing Cloud and Salesforce, and outstanding account support.

The boolean logic to set the scoring parameters and tags takes a little getting used to, but it's fine after you do.  I would love the ability to label each of the score parameters for easier searching.

**What problems is Saleswings solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a cost efficient and effective lead scoring system that was seamless while being quick and easy to implement and integrate with Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.  Other products available to us were costly and required a great deal of time to set up.

The simple, intuitive way in which you are able to build tags which convert over to powerful insights for marketing sales, on easy to interpret dashboards in Salesforce. The customer success team (Salah in particular) is amazing - highly recommend!

The Saleswing team is very supportive. Quick response. Actively looking for solutions to meet our complex business case. 

Whenever I have issues/questions, I contact the support and get a response at their earliest convenience. When we have complex problems that SalesWings could not solve, the support team will ask the product team to add the features to fit our business use.

I strongly recommend Saleswings which provides business-rich data and great insights.

**What do you like best about Saleswings?**

Being a B2B company, having a comprehensive and accurate lead scoring tool has a massive impact on lead nurturing initiatives. Saleswings offers very granular tagging so that we can obtain as much information as we'd like on our leads in order to personalize our touchpoints and deliver them at the right times (which is crucial in sales in 2022). We also love the Salesforce integration so that all insights are all in one place, offering our full team quick and easy access to a lead's interests. Additionally, our CSM at Saleswings is Pauline, and she's been extremely knowledgeable, patient, and eager to support our business needs. Overall, we are very satisfied.

No current dislikes. I think it's important to note that a lead scoring tool is only as valuable as you make it out to be. SW can properly score and tag leads based on actions and it can be extremely useful, but it's up to you to set it up in a way that will benefit your business.

I would like an option for automatic expiration of tags. But I can understand on our consultant that this is on the drawing board. It will really lift the product a lot, and ensure relevant data.

**What do you like best about Saleswings?**

Next level integrations and easy to use features enable us to track all of our web visitor's behaviors and route only the warmest leads to sales. The predictive lead scoring is simple but powerful, making it easy to implement and quick to provide ROI. Sales team members love the lead quality and additional visibility. Not to mention, the support is stellar and the tool is constantly being updated with new and requested features.

**What do you dislike about Saleswings?**

Saleswings requires individual user licenses which can quickly add up for a large sales team. However, this price is still close to one tenth the cost of some competitors. You will need to decide whether or not you want to manage your lead scoring and web visitor tracking with a 3rd party solution like Saleswings or use an all-in-one marketing automation solution. In the case of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which is sorely missing essential B2B features, Saleswings is the top option to build a complete marketing tech stack.

**What problems is Saleswings solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saleswings fills an important gap in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for B2B focused marketing. Saleswings provides plug and play predictive lead scoring, web tracking and company insights at a fraction of the cost of many competitor offerings, making it a must have for SFMC users. Overall we're saving money, routing our leads more intelligently and keeping our sales team happy.

- The team is very proactive and helpful.
The tool is very easy to use and has some great functionalities & automation & customization. Moreover, it's easy to integrate the functionalities with SalesWings with the tools I'm using. Always nice to have. 

I definitely recommend SalesWings if you're looking for a great insight tool without spending too much.

Nothing at this point. Whenever I have an issue, I simply contact the support and they help me as soon as possible, which is great. 

At some point we had an automation issue, but was solved in less than 2 days. Thanks to Olivier and to the team.

We've realized that we've gained a significant power & insight over where we are during our prospecting processes. 

Qua benefits, I've personally seen that the automation helps me further segment our users & prospects and based on this data, I am able to deliver them the relevant content.

Saleswings provides deep insights into leads along with top-of-the-line support, a plethora of integrations, and a user-friendly, intuitive interface. What's not to love?

**What do you dislike about Saleswings?**

There really isn't anything I dislike. This is the second company I have brought Saleswings into and it has been a success at both companies. 

**What problems is Saleswings solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had no way of lead tracking prior to Saleswings. We aren't ready to jump into a full-scale marketing automation platform, so we implemented Saleswings. Once we realized all the integrations it supports, it was easy to build a marketing automation plan utilizing Zapier and other apps. Our email service provider, our chat app, our landing page app, our form service, and Saleswings all integrate to provide insights and leads to our sales team. We have definitely seen a bump in sales since implementing Saleswings.

It changed the way we distribute marketing material. Now we send links for prospects to visit our websites and can tailor further campaigns based on the insights provided.

When i implemented the salesforce integration the total lead score was only visible via a visualforce page and as such it was impossible to report on that data. A quick call to Saleswings and they resolved the issue immediately.

The big benefit for us is the creation of a Lead score funnel which enables sales to prioritize and better allocate their time.

**What do you like best about Saleswings?**

The real-time tracking and lead identification is innovative and possibly best in class. It is identifying all kinds of people that don't finish completing the form, without even being integrated with the form. AMAZING. The notifications when leads are on our site is fantastic. What's that? Tons of ESPs and automation programs do that? Absolutely they do, but these tools don't integrate with Pipedrive. Pipedrive is user-friendly enough that my team actually uses it. Young and old. We were unable to accomplish this with Salesforce. That makes Pipedrive indispensable, and thus Saleswings is indispensable for this reason alone.

Then there's the contact enrichment, powered by FullContact. Sure, there are lots of FullContact integrations, but none so powerful as this one. No Zapier needed for this enrichment. Powerful! It has helped us to get names for our Intercom leads that are getting passed into Pipedrive.

**What do you dislike about Saleswings?**

No bulk ops possible yet. Can't edit anything pertaining to the leads within Saleswings.

Saleswings is very responsive to suggestions.
