It work perfectly for us for sending products and downloading eBay orders. Normally we can export any new products to online marketplace in 2-3 minutes, using a complex rules and Profiles. If something is not working we reach to a support and they help us with suggestion how configuration could be change or appliing and custom fixes to our installation **What do you dislike about Salestio?** For PrestaShop integration, they currently apply mostly security patches and updates to support new version. We will be happy to get more new features, including also one from PrestaShop new versions. **What problems is Salestio solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solve for us problem with connecting our website to online marketplace and doing two ways synchronization. Fetching marketplace orders and synchronize stock and price updates from store to marketplaces. So our store remain the source of trust for all our products, stock and marketplace details ### 2. The team at Salestio is highly responsive and always available to answer any questions we have. We connected our Amazon and eBay stores to Salestio, this worked out just perfectly. **What do you dislike about Salestio?** Right now I have not really recognized anything I dislike. Maybe just the price, but I think the tool is worth the money. **What problems is Salestio solving and how is that benefiting you?** After searching for a reliable tool to manage our orders on various online marketplaces, we came across Salestio. It has been a game changer for us, as the synchronization is seamless and without any issues. Overall, Salestio is a great tool that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to streamline their online sales. Don't hesitate to get it while you can, as it is definitely worth it and you won't regret it later. ### 3. It costs you either a fortune or it simply does not work. Salestio hands down. Simple manageable app inside of Shopify admin where you can manage mentioned marketplaces above. And well Etsy as well. for eBay and Amazon they support all location so you don't have to worry about if you are based in Australia, The US or Germany. **What do you dislike about Salestio?** If they add up more marketplaces like Wallmart, Shopee etc. that would be awesome. Even basic integrations with Google or Facebook could speed up our sales let's be honest. This is the only missing feature or part in Salestio. **What problems is Salestio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to reduce our costs with the tools we have been paying for. As it becomes so expensive for us with Salestio competitors. Salestio support came to us with a nice price we couldn't resist. It saves us a lot of money each month and we are still able to manage our eBay and Amazon anyway. Their support is relly helpful and we didn't face issues with it for the past few weeks. No problem. ### 4.
