It's straight to the point you know exactly on which stage you are with a client and never need to worry about forgetting something. You can track the sales cycle and all the data that you need to make fast decisions and get to as many clients as possible in shortest amount of time. For new users, it can be quite messy at first, and need some guidance to get a hold of the tool and start using it to its full potential. Sometimes tracking and sync are not correct.
