To be honest, there’s not much I don’t like about SalesScreen. It delivers exactly what it promises—a fun, effective way to stay motivated, see where you stand, and keep momentum going. It’s one of those tools that just works, and I find myself relying on it daily without even thinking twice. If anything, my only “critique” is that I don’t even know what I’d ask for next. It already does a great job of showing the numbers, encouraging competition, and keeping the energy up. Maybe there are features I haven’t thought of yet—but that’s the thing: SalesScreen covers the bases so well, it’s hard to know what’s even missing. You can look at different types of products and look across time as you use it to compare your salesteam over time. We've used it across customer service and different salesteams. Some minor details, such as if you select a certain period of time it automatically selects to measure weeks instead of day-by-day. I think they will incorporate AI more and I think the analytics side should get some more attention to provide more direct feedback.
