Like any software, there are bugs and glitches that arise with new updates. I wish there was more communication whenever a new update comes out or certain functionality is being dropped from the Software.

I love how user friendly the software is. The setup and intigration process was in chunks with a their support team, they made it super easy! Everyone on the support staff has been quick to answer questions. We tried to change which platform we used and actually came back to Sales Rabbit.
